"Joe is a true legend. He has taken care of our cat Lokie on two separate occasions and each time has gone above and beyond. Joe is extremely communicative and sends regular updates with photos. "I can't recommend Jillian enough! She was so lovely from the very first contact. I felt completely relaxed when I met her, and I was able to enjoy my time away knowing my guinea pigs were being so well looked after.
She came to my home once a day to clean and feed them, and she also sent regular updates and photos. When I got back, my piggies were happy, healthy, and their enclosure was spotless.
Everything was perfect, and I really hope she's available next time I go away.
I'm so happy I found Jillian!"

"Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service from Suzy! I have quite a scared and timid cat and she was able to give me updates and communication on her regularly when I was away without pushing her boundaries. I usually put her into a cattery but was fully booked during the holidays so I went with house visits and I don’t think I’ll ever go back putting her in a cattery. She was much more comfortable being at home and I was definitely reassured more with Suzy than I have been with her in a cattery. I Will 100% be booking with Suzy again and I couldn’t recommend her more! "

"I would 100% recommend Nga Man as a pet sitter. This was the first time I had been away from my pets for two weeks, and she reassured me from the very beginning and followed through the entire time. She stuck to their routine perfectly, including medication, and sent me loads of photos and videos which really put my mind at ease. ✨
She went above and beyond by taking the time to bond with my cats, even accommodating their preference to go outside for a few minutes. My cats are usually very territorial, but they completely opened up to her and I can honestly see that they miss her. So young yet so professional and caring. We’ll definitely be using her again!❣️

"Sarah was great from start to finish. Very lovely, communication was always clear and confirmed anything she needed to double check. Our cat is old and not the easiest to care for with medication and toileting issues and Sarah took it all in her stride. She also watered our plants too. Really helpful! Her partner came with her to the initial chat and he was really lovely too.
I would highly recommend Sarah to look after your furry friends while you are away. "

"Susan was a brilliant pet sitter for our rats. She kept us constantly in the loop with text and photo updates and also took care of our plants. She shifted from evening to morning visits without us even asking in order to best work around our departure and return from holiday. It's clear Susan is very conscientious and we hope that she'll be available whenever we next travel because we'd definitely book her to pet sit again!"

"This is the 4th time Emma has looked after our cat. She's just brilliant with our senior cat and sends lovely videos and updates on how she's getting on. "Amanda is the nicest and most responsible cat sitter we ever had. While we were on holidays our cat came back home from a fight with a big scratch in his ear. She contacted us immediately, took him to the vet the next day, bought the necessary medicine and gave it to him until we were back. She was sending photos of him everyday and was very caring and responsible. We couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter!"

"Holly did a fantastic job of looking after my 2 cats while I was away. She fed them as per instructions, washed up their bowls, scooped the kitty litter and disposed, played with them and sent me photos and an update on how they were doing.
I found the cats happy and content on my return and not even huffy with me for having been away. I recommend Holly to other pet owners looking for a conscientious, caring and competent pet carer.
