"Sonya (and her lovely daughters 💕) was absolutely wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to book her again! She sent us plenty of photos and messages to keep us up to date while at the same time being very conscious that we were on holiday. She was so kind and even took our bins out and brought our post in. I felt absolutely certain that our cats were in excellent hands and they were happy and healthy when we returned! I am so, so pleased that we decided not to put our cats in a cattery (they love being outdoors) and asked Sonya to look after them instead. I cannot speak highly enough of her! Thank you so much x"

"We contacted Helen via Pawshake. Helen was a great communicator and we set up a visit so that we could all meet including the dog. The initial visit went really well and the dog was very at ease with meeting Helen. This gave us a lot of confidence so we discussed the booking, our requirements and the tailored service to suit us and the dog. Booking was simple via the website and over the next couple of days we communicated to make sure all parties were happy. Helen was extremely professional in her approach and attitude and we felt at ease. It felt like an extended, trusted family member was just helping out. Whilst we were away, we were updated regularly with photos, messages and told exactly what was happening. Helen was dedicated and did exactly as we/dog needed. Would we book Helen again...yes!! "

"Heather provided us with a cat sitting service and was absolutely excellent. Very professional, reliable and trustworthy. She gave us regular updates and sent photos, which was great because we could relax knowing our pet was happy and well looked after. In fact, we were surprised how quickly our normally shy cat took to her… and would go up to meet her when she visited. Fab service, would highly recommend!! "

"Katie looked after our pets over the weekend and did a fantastic job. We have hens, rabbits, a cat and a hamster so there is a lot to remember but they had everything they needed without us having to worry. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Katie to come again next time we are away. "

"Eden was a fantastic sitter for my 3 cats! One of them has complex needs and requires medication every day and Eden couldn’t have been more accommodating. She sent me photos each day which was such a reassurance and kept me updated on how they all were. Eden is warm and friendly and I felt totally at ease leaving the cats in her fantastic care!
