"We recently had the pleasure of having Helena look after our two cats while we were away, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start she was friendly, reliable, and clearly experienced with animals. Our cats, who can be a bit shy with new people, warmed up to her quickly—which says a lot!
Throughout our time away, Helena kept us updated with photos and messages, giving us real peace of mind. We came home to two very happy, well-cared-for cats. It’s clear that she not only handled the practical aspects of feeding and litter box cleaning, but also spent quality time with our cats, giving them the attention and affection they’re used to. She was also experienced in administering medication to one of our fur babies who needs daily treatment.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Helena to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and professional pet sitter. We’ll definitely be reaching out again the next time we travel! "

"I went away for 3 weeks and this was the first time using a cat sitter. I have 2 very scared rescue cats, and Sky was brilliant with them - they even came round to her which was lovely to see. She was brilliant with communication, sending me regular photos and updates.

"I had the pleasure of having Amelia watch our cats recently, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I contacted Amelia, their professionalism and genuine love for cats shone through. They were prompt, reliable and truly went above and beyond in taking care of our two cats Autumn and Oliver. Not only did they ensure my cat was fed and that their water supply was working, but they also spent some quality time playing and providing affection. At least for the cat that wanted it! Amelia provided updates, which was a delightful touch, giving us peace of mind while we were away. I highly recommend Amelia for their outstanding service and unwavering dedication to feline care."

"Nicky has looked after our two cats for a week after we contacted her at relatively short notice. Nicky is very friendly and approachable, we had excellent communication by text and photos, which put our mind at rest while we were away.

"Rachel has been fantastic whilst we were away. Some change of circumstances meant she supported our cat throughout at her own cost meaning she would be fully looked after. Her communication is great always keeping you up to date with how My cat was getting on! She has such a nice nature and works to gain affection. She understands cats and not to push them if they are scared but works to build their trust. I know she enjoyed lots of cuddles with my cat and reassured me that Meeka was in the right hands!

"Alyson is amazing! We've had pet sitters come to the house in the past and have come back to scared rabbits. This time we came back and they almost didn't acknowledge us, obviously they've not even realised we're gone. That's exactly what we wanted.
She followed my instructions perfectly, we didn't have to worry at all. She's clearly passionate about animals and I would recommend her highly to anyone who needs home visits, dog walking, pet sitting etc.

"I’ve used Audrey a few times now to look after my Tasha cat while I’m away for a couple of nights, and Audrey is now my go to first choice for cat sitting.
Tasha took to Audrey on the first home visit, which was lovely as she can be a bit funny with new people and it’s clear that Audrey likes Tasha too!
I get plenty of photos and videos when I’m away and Tasha always seems perfectly happy when I return; it’s clear that Audrey spends a good amount of time interacting with Tasha, not just popping some fresh food etc so I would definitely recommend! "

"Simone kindly cared for indoor cats for a second time. Really appreciate how easy it was to handle a new booking and communication with Simone was quick and courteous. The cats seemed to remember her last visits so I'm sure they appreciated seeing her again! Simone sent daily update and photo and would highly recommend her. We had exceptional winds and she kindly repositioned an external CCTV camera & also took out the bin on bin day - brought post into the house too. Really thoughtful and kind to help out with these things as well as keeping cats well fed, watered and litter clean. Wish Simone all the very best with her pet services. "Mia was absolutely great and I would definitely book her again. She looked after our 3 cats and 3 rats for 2 weeks, during which she provided lots of updates, pictures and videos, so we had the comfort that they were all well looked after.
I hadn’t used a pet sitting service before, and was a bit nervous about it, but am so glad that I did. It was much better for all 6 pets to be able to stay at home, and we’ve come back to happy cats and rats who have clearly been cared for. It was also great to know that someone was spending time in the house each day.
