"We booked Catherine to visit twice daily to check on our cat who had become unwell whilst we were at work. Catherine was very reliable and quick to respond to our messages. She was very thorough and gentle with our cat during the ‘meet and greet’ and we trusted she’d look after her well. Sadly our cat died on the 2nd day of the booking. Catherine arranged a full refund despite us cancelling her visits on the morning of both days as our cat was too unwell to be left on her own and so we had stayed off work. We did not expect or request this as we would want her to be reimbursed for her time. She was very empathetic to what we were going through. We’d definitely recommend Catherine to others and would call on her if we needed a cat sitter in the future."

"I had Amy as pet sitter first time and I was worried one of my cats is scary cat and have digestion issues but Amy made sure to keep me updated and cats happy.She even manage to befriend my cat who is afraid of strangers. Thank you very much and will be using pet sitting services with Amy again."

"Booked Andreea whilst we went away on holiday and she was lovely. Communication was great and we received several photos of our pets. We have house rabbits and she looked after them really well and they appeared to not miss us (sad but what you want whilst away). Our cats were happy and one of them made several appearances which is unlike him whilst we are away. Andreea hovered the house for us as well and it was nice and tidy when we got back. Will book her again. "

"Zoey was absolutely wonderful with looking after my pride of house panthers. I got lovely updates with every visit and really saw the time and effort Zoey put in to befriend my cats - especially my tuxedo cat who seemed disappointed we came back 😆. "Had to contact Aistė last minute as my doggy cover had let me down and we where going on holiday the next day. Communication was brilliant, even made time in the evening to come meet myself and my dog. Everything was a bit rushed but Aistė took it all in, made notes and everything was done perfectly. I was updated on his visits and sent lovely pics, my doggy was very happy! Aistė is a very warm, attentive and friendly person and I will have no hesitation in using her again in the future. Thank you again Aistė 😊"
