"Never had someone who looked after our cat unless we knew them or family/friends, this is the first time and Abi has been amazing with communication, attentiveness with our cat, friendly and provided photos of him. Would highly recommend as the house was left the same way, our cat was happy when we returned and I was reassured throughout the whole process especially being new to this. "I love how Paola pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my little Nel: from her treats and her routine down to the way she likes to play ball. I never worried a minute while I was out of town because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my little Nel didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in her own routine at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Paola and her pet sitting services to ALL my friends. Don’t even worry about stressing or planning for a trip to the kennel, just let Paola come over and take care of your little family at home. "Catherine was absolutely amazing with my three dogs during a last-minute dog sit! Quick response to my initial query. She came by a few days beforehand to meet me and the dogs and took detailed notes on their needs, especially since one of my pups had an injured foot. Throughout her stay, she sent me videos and updates, which was so reassuring. She also returned the key promptly the day after the sit. Thank you so much, Catherine! "It was my first time trying a pet sitter. We have three cats over 12 years old who are shy and scared to meet a stranger. I have booked Andrew for a day home visit. One of my cats, the most shy and nervous one, loves to play with him without hesitation during his visit. Andrew is responsible and reliable in taking care of my cats.
