"I had to find a new cat sitter at short notice last week. Sharon was very flexible and came round to meet him. He warmed to her straight away! Sharon sent me lovely pictures and updates for every visit and gave him his medication. Very reassuring after my cat was recovering from an injury and I was nervous about leaving him! "It was our first time asking Joumana to help us with Cosmo and Koopa (two chocolate labradors of polarised ages - 18 months and 14 years old). She arrived on time and immediately smiled and was warm towards the dogs. Quick and instinctive about their different needs and characters - playful with the young one whilst protective of the older one. She left the house and the dogs in good order and settled. Instructions on feeding and the house were followed carefully. Her calm demeanour and kind manner gave me the peace of mind that I needed to leave the furballs for half a day. I highly recommend her and would use her again in the future."
