"It’s the first time that we’ve had someone visit our home to look after our little cat Elmo and I’m so happy to say that Mary was completely wonderful.
Elmo is an old boy (18 now!) and has cerebella hypoplasia so isn’t the easiest of cats to look after but Mary was very kind and loving and we both felt like he was in very safe hands.
Mary is 100% reliable and stays in touch with you as much as you want - she messaged when she arrived and left and sent photos so my mind was put at ease. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking for a cat sitter in the area - I’m so pleased we found her.

"Jo was fantastic! It was the first time we left our cat alone for such a long period (more than two weeks) so we were a bit nervous. But Jo did an excellent job checking in on our cat on a daily basis. In fact so well that our cat grew fond of her in the end.
Jo provided us with a daily update on what is going on with our cat and even went the extra mile when our cat was unexpected eating a bit less than usual after several days probably because she started to feel a bit lonely.
Jo took really good care of our cat that we would definitely book her again when available "

"5 stars all round for Meg! She managed to fit us in rather last minute over Christmas, and I can honestly say that the cats have been looked after wonderfully. This was our first experience of having someone come in, so we were a little nervous, but Meg is worth her weight in gold. She messaged us daily with lovely photos and kept us up to date. All the cats were very calm and relaxed when we came home and everything we had asked of Meg had been done. Can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you so much again Meg, you’re wonderful and fantastic at what you do.

"Heather was a great find via Pawshake. She came to meet us before finalising the booking and then popped over to pick up the keys once everything was arranged. Heather agreed to do two visits per day and kept in touch with me by sending photos of our cat at least once a day. This was reassuring as I was concerned our cat might just take off as he tends to be nervous around strangers. Our cat was fine when we returned home and I would recommend Heather to anyone who is thinking of having a pet sitter come home rather than taking a pet to kennels/a cattery. Thank you, Heather!"

"Irina is just brilliant. Our cats are both nervous and inclined to run or hide, rather than befriend BUT... Irina turned out to be a 'cat-whisperer' as shown by her regular photo/video updates showing them both happily enjoying being stroked and brushed by her as though they'd known her all their lives!!! (A very reassuring and welcome surprise for us!). Irina is dedicated and provides a very professional service. She regularly communicates and is security-conscious. "Andi was amazing. She wanted to meet Maeve before accepting the booking and was great communicating. When she visited she updated with photos so we were reassured. "Camila went above and beyond our expectations! She had no problem administering my cat's oral injection twice a day. I had a hard time finding a pet sitter who would be willing to do that! We also asked for updates on our cats daily and she sent us videos of her playing with the cats and of the cats purring. The floors were clean of messes and the water bowl was topped up. We'll be booking her again for sure! "
