"We have never used a pet sitter before so were a bit apprehensive. Anna was lovely from start to finish. Her communication was great and she has a fabulous personality. When we returned from our holiday our cat jasper looked great and was quite happy which pleased us no end. We would not hesitate in booking anna again when we go away in the future. "we were understandably nervous about using a pet sitter - our boys usually go to a cattery but for 2 days it seemed worth trying Char to avoid the stress to them.
We met Char who was confident approachable and knowledgeable, and the boys both seemed to like her at the start. We got a text on day one which was immensely reassuring, as all was going well. On our return the boys were both happy and Char left a note full of information on how they had been. we will hopefully book Char again and I would recommend her. she made it an easy decision to use a pet sitter."

"Charlotte is such a lovely lady, I liked her as soon as I met her. Our cat is very timid but she took a shine to Charlotte and was quite happy to be stroked by Charlotte. Charlotte communicated every day that we were away and sent us photos of a very content cat. The kitchen/cat area was clean and tidy when we returned home. Would 100% recommend Charlotte."

"I have availed of Alex’s services on a good number of occasions for my two cats. This time she visited them twice a day for a week. I am pretty precious when it comes to my cats and I’m fairly picky generally but I absolutely, 100%, without reservation, say that Alexandra is simply the best cat sitter I’ve ever had in 30 years of owning cats. She is a warm, positive, reliable person with a superb manner with cats. And my cats don’t lie. When I arrived home, they aren’t sad, silent and grumpy because I’ve been away a week- they’re chatty, affectionate, active, clearly happy because, that’s what they’ve been used to each day I’ve been gone! "I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the start, the sitter was professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my cats' needs and personalities.
There was a small hiccup with the automatic feeder,which Jo resolved promptly, ensuring my cats were not over fed.
Throughout the entire period, it was evident that my cats received plenty of love and attention. Jo took the time to play with them, giving them the social interaction they crave. When I returned home, my cats were relaxed and happy, which is a testament to the care they received.
As an added bonus, my plants were still alive and our house was also well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Jo.The quality of care, attention to detail, and commitment to my pets' well-being exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her services again in the future!"

"From the issues with booking on the app to end of service delivered by Jack was very polite and I had no reservations in leaving our home and pets under his supervision after the meet and greet opportunity.
We left our home at 9.30 am and returned at 10.30 pm. We wouldn’t have even known Jack had been in or we had left. House and all 4 pets as we left.
We have no reservations in recommending Jack as a house and pet sitter for the day. We would definitely rebook Jack for the same service."
