"Wanjun looked after my two bengal cats for 2 weeks. Before the booking we had a meet and greet with the cats to make sure they got along and they warmed up to her immediately. When I returned home I could tell they had been well looked after, Wanjun sent daily photos of them so I knew they were ok. She played with them every visit so I know they enjoyed their time with her. I will 100% book Wanjun again and recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter. Thank you! "

"Let’s just say there is a chasm of difference between Valentina and all the other catsitters we have had before. You’ll see other reviews of “professional”, “reliable” etc. but what does that actually look like in reality when you are leaving your best buddy/ies in Valentina's care? Well, for starters you need to understand that this is Valentina’s actual profession. It’s all she does.
Her experience shines through, and this is particularly relevant if you have a pet which is pushing on years, or has underlying health conditions like our Siberian Forestcat Ernie. Valentina has numerous specific qualifications in animal care and it’s obvious she is using these skills on a daily basis. Valentina turned up like clockwork every day, even when there was a transport strike.
Valentina sent us extremely detailed daily reports, with numerous photos of Ernie, his water and food bowls, letting us know exactly his demeanour, behaviour she noticed etc. It was obvious that Ernie was in the best of hands!
Other catsitters show up at all different times, give excuses for things, and we have found previous catsitters to not follow the BASICS of animal care - i.e. changing food and water EVERY DAY, and cleaning the litter tray, not just occasionally. This just wasn’t the case with Valentina. Valentina knows what is important. It’s almost impossible to find a vet nurse to petsit - so if this is something you want, Valentina is honestly the next best thing to having your vet visit. We call her the cat whisperer!"

"I highly recommend Steven for caring for your pets! My husband and I had just moved to the UK with our two cats, not knowing anyone, we arranged a cat sitting company to look after our boys. Two days before leaving town the cat company canceled due to a lack of staff availability. That's when we found Steven! He was incredibly responsive to our request and was accommodating to our last minute situation. Our meeting with Steven prior to him watching our cats was very reassuring, he was responsible and you could tell genuinely cares for animals. Steven did a wonderful job taking care of our boys and sent daily updates, which we loved receiving! We could not recommend Steven enough and we will continue to use him going forward! "Rosie was wonderful - she was able to cover for us at relatively short notice and we were immediately relaxed as soon as we met her. She communicated daily on each visit to make us relax while we were away and even helped with medication for one of the cats. One of our cats especially is wary of strangers but Rosie managed to make great friends with her immediately, which we were so impressed with! We would 100% recommend and will look to use her again.
