"Jay has been an amazing cat-sitter for my little boy! Jay was very flexible and easy to communicate with, and was always keeping me updated with pictures, messages and appetite/energy reports, giving me a clear idea of my cat’s behaviour and well-being. It was overall clear that Jay was taking very good care of my cat, keeping the cat entertained, fed and well-kept, and therefore, my mind at ease. I came back home to a very happy and well-kept cat, and I can’t thank Jay enough for all the help and care my cat received. I would definitely contact Jay again, should I be in need of a cat-sitter, and I’d absolutely recommend Jay to anyone looking for a sitter!! "

"This was the first time we've used a pet sitter for our two cats, as we usually ask family or friends to help out, but I'm so glad we did, it was so much easier and stress-free meaning we could enjoy our holiday knowing our cats were ok. Loved the little picture updates every other day, we came home to two very happy kitties! We couldn't recommend Emma highly enough, if you're thinking about a pet sitter. "Fantastic cat sitter! Spent time fussing our two cats and gaining their trust and even giving them lap time whilst we were away. :-) Went above and beyond and collected post and watered plants as well. Friendly and professional and great communication with daily photos too. I'd highly recommend Rachel to anyone in Newport looking for someone to care for their furry friends, and will book her again for any time we're away :-)"

"George has done a fantastic job of looking after our three cats for 2 weeks. George came to visit ahead of our holiday to receive instructions, and his kind and friendly manner gave us great peace of mind that he would look after them with care and attention. He took time to make himself known to the cats and they took to him immediately, which is a compliment to his approachability as they are normally nervous of new people. George sent us regular updates while we were away, including photos, so we could see how happy and relaxed they were with him. Returning home the cats are all very happy and calm and everything is very neat and well looked after (litter trays and food / water items). We couldn’t be happier with his service and will certainly use him again. Thank you George!"
