"A truly spectacular pet sitter 🥰 my partner and I went on holiday to Japan for 2 weeks and our usual sitter was away so we decided to try Pawshake for the first time. After reading Louise’s fantastic reviews we decided to reach out and see if she was free to look after our two cats Chip and Cocoa. Louise came over before we went away to meet the cats and we could already tell she was someone pets immediately love and trust. While we were away Louise sent us photos and provided us with updates on how the cats were getting on while we were away. She provided them with the food, enrichment and love they needed and we could not be more grateful! As an absolute cherry on top she brought over fresh catnip which our boy cat chip was particularly excited about and she watered our plants when they started to look a bit sad. She went above and beyond and we would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic pet sitter. Thanks for everything Louise! ♥️♥️ from Emily, Liam, Cocoa and Chip"

"We have been so lucky to have Jen come round and dog sit for our puppy when we have been at work. Jen is super organised and instantly put our mind at ease when we met her by speaking us through the paperwork and writing down our needs for Raya. "Izzy was expecting an easy task looking after my two cats on their catio UNTILL Merlin (now called Houdini) escaped through a tiny gap in the netting, something he’d never done before. She went above and beyond to make sure that she found him. We then changed the plan to let both cats out and Izzy made sure she could spot them each day to calm my anxiety. Izzy sent regular photos, made sure they were well fed and of course gave lots of cuddles. If she dares take the challenge again,my cats would be in safe hands for sure. "

"Anna Maria attended to all 3 cats and my guinea pig needs for the duration of my holiday. She came to complete a home visit and meet the pets first taking notes on the care they required and sent videos and updates everyday she visited, making a good rapport with my more difficult cat. Will definitely be checking her availability before going away again."

"Rainie went out of her way to make us feel like our pet cat was safe, well-cared for and attended to. We had never used a professional before and she explained her routine in detail, asked us lots of questions and always had the best interests of our pet in mind. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that he was in the hands of someone we could trust. Our cat is quite timid, but over the week Rainie sent us multiple videos and photos of how he had come out of his shell, and ended up very friendly and cuddly with her - it was lovely to see the progression! I would definitely use Rainie's services as a pet sitter again, and am already planning our next trip based on her availability! Thanks again!"

"Marcey was wonderful. our cat loved her visits and doted on her love and attention she gave him. Always sent daily videos and photos and replied quickly if we noticed anything remotely with our robot litter box. the cat was so happy, and we would never go back to a cattery. Superb care and Macey spent time with him sharing the love he needs. Thank you Macey"
