"Verity was excellent from beginning to end. She made us felt at ease leaving our cats in her hands. We could tell straight away that she knew cats and their needs and wants. The house was clean when we got back, no litter anywhere and no bad smells which has happened with other cat sitters. Communication was fantastic; she asked us how we would like things cleaned and if we had a cat brush as one of ours needed it! She went above and beyond to help us with our plant pots during the hot weather too. Will definitely look to use Verity again when we next go away. Thanks Verity!"

"Nunzia is an absolute superstar sitter! She took such good care of our cat Biri while we were away for two weeks. She arrived right on time and took onboard all our instructions, we were kept regularly updated with text or voice messages, and received lots of fantastic photos and videos. Biri was fed, happy and loved whilst we were away. Nunzia is reliable and trustworthy, and provides excellent care: we will definitely be using Nunzia as a sitter again as know that our cat and our home will be in really safe hands. "It’s the first time that we’ve had someone visit our home to look after our little cat Elmo and I’m so happy to say that Mary was completely wonderful.
Elmo is an old boy (18 now!) and has cerebella hypoplasia so isn’t the easiest of cats to look after but Mary was very kind and loving and we both felt like he was in very safe hands.
Mary is 100% reliable and stays in touch with you as much as you want - she messaged when she arrived and left and sent photos so my mind was put at ease. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking for a cat sitter in the area - I’m so pleased we found her.

"Jo was fantastic! It was the first time we left our cat alone for such a long period (more than two weeks) so we were a bit nervous. But Jo did an excellent job checking in on our cat on a daily basis. In fact so well that our cat grew fond of her in the end.
Jo provided us with a daily update on what is going on with our cat and even went the extra mile when our cat was unexpected eating a bit less than usual after several days probably because she started to feel a bit lonely.
Jo took really good care of our cat that we would definitely book her again when available "

"This is the second time Meg has come and looked after our furry bunch for us whilst away and we couldn’t be happier, nor could that cats be! 🩷
Meg was very through in making sure she knew all the information before we left, kept us up to date, sent us lovely photos and even cleared up after the cats decided to knock all our candles off the sideboard (thank you again for that, Meg!)
All was peaceful upon return and the cats seemed genuinely relaxed; we were able to go away knowing they were in excellent hands and we could just enjoy our holiday. Cannot recommend enough, thank you again, Meg, and see you soon! from all of us here 🩷"

"Heather was a great find via Pawshake. She came to meet us before finalising the booking and then popped over to pick up the keys once everything was arranged. Heather agreed to do two visits per day and kept in touch with me by sending photos of our cat at least once a day. This was reassuring as I was concerned our cat might just take off as he tends to be nervous around strangers. Our cat was fine when we returned home and I would recommend Heather to anyone who is thinking of having a pet sitter come home rather than taking a pet to kennels/a cattery. Thank you, Heather!"

"A really brilliant service! After struggling to find a regular cat sitter we came across Pawshake and were definitely impressed. Jordan took brilliant care of our cats, Tilly and Millie and took time to get them to like him.
