"I can’t recommend Ali highly enough. She has completely captured our dog’s heart! She is reliable, and her communication is brilliant. She sends frequent pictures and videos of their adventures when they’re out which we enjoy seeing. It’s evident that Bess feels c% relaxed and safe with her. My only concern is that Bess might be beginning to love her more than me…"

"Chiaki was amazing with Ollie! She sends plenty of photo updates, where it is clear that Ollie is not only getting great care but also a good deal of exercise. Chiaki also varied his walks, praised him for recall and gave him treats. Not only this but Chiaki has been flexible around my work schedule, goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that Ollie is taken care of at every opportunity, and is just a really kind and lovely person who is a pleasure to interact with. "We hired Kay through PawShake recently to walk our two dogs, Cashew and Coffee, and she did a fantastic job! She arrived exactly at the promised time, handled both dogs with such calmness and care, and made sure they were well looked after during their walks. She thoughtfully walked them one after the other to ensure they each got the attention they needed.
Kay was also incredibly responsible—she securely locked up our apartment afterwards and returned the keys to our friend as arranged, which we really appreciated. Everything was seamless and stress-free, and we felt completely comfortable trusting her with our dogs and our home.

"Malanga is a great find! I wondered how she would manage my elderly dog who is blind but she was so caring & Apple enjoyed a good walk with her. I felt that Malna was totally reliable. She communicated every step of the way & even sent a photo of Apple happily trotting beside her. She followed my instructions re feeding Apple & leaving the house. I have called on her services several times now. She is prompt & responsible. More importantly Apple is delighted to see her!"
