I've taken care of dogs most of my life. Used to get my dog their medication every morning. I'm confident that I'll provide the best care for your pet.
My motivation for being a pet sitter is that I miss my dogs, I just miss having a pet. Mine stayed in my country so I feel like being a pet sitter is the next best thing. 
My services will be dog walking and sitting in owners home.
I'm currently studying in the mornings, so I'm free at evening and at night during weekdays and weekends. I have a pretty flexible schedule.
In the owner's home I'll first give the dog time to know me and then just give them the attention they need. For walks I'll always ask if there's a route the owner wants me to take, so there's no changes in the dog routine.
I want the dog to have fun, but also give the owners the chance to rest without having to worry about their pet well being. I understand the importance and responsibility of being a pet sitter and I'll do what is best for your pet.

I have always wanted to help animals and care for them, so in pursuit of my innate love for them I have followed a career in the medical field, working as a Patient Care Assistant for Medivet for almost 2 years. This has allowed me to enthusiastically develop my knowledge regarding crucial aspects such as nutrition, day-to-day procedures and critical care, and allowed me to learn more about the way animals behave and function.I have been a pet owner from a very young age and I love taking care of animals and making new furry, scaly and feathery friends. I've been crazy about all animals since childhood and had the good luck to grow up in the Dublin Mountains with a full pack made up of 6 horses, 1 sheep, 3 dogs, 5 cats, a rabbit, a guinea pig and 2 goldfish! I'm confident with both puppies and senior dogs, having raised Mac the black lab, Jake the Jack Russell and Billy the beagle from puppyhood and cared for them until Mac and Jake crossed the rainbow bridge as very old boys (Billy is going strong and living his beast beagle life).&nbsp;
I don't currently have any pets of my own but I'm rather proud to say that I'm the go-to-minder for my friends and family - regulars include my godson Biba (the handsome tan boy in my photos, formerly a very anxious resuce), Walt the rescue German Shepard mix, Toffee the cat, Dex the senior Jack Russell, Dexter the cockapoo, and Otto and Rosie my beloved feline nephew and niece.&nbsp;
I've been petsitting for the past year and I've been house sitting while moving to the UK and during a year in Australia, so I'm familiar with the processes involved.&nbsp;
I have my own apartment with a large sun-trap terrace that pups seem to love sunbathing on in the summer and my development is very dog friendly, with access to an inner courtyard garden that you can see in my last photo. I was raised around cats and dogs, therefore I’ve acquired hands on experience since childhood. I particularly love cats and I enjoy getting to know each pet and finding out their own unique personality and preferences. I currently have a 2-year old British Shorthair that is very friendly and sociable. I love having other cats around so that she can play and socialise with them. I’m a lawyer working mostly from home, therefore I’m around all day and I have the flexibility to accept last minute bookings. My motivation to become a petsitter is to have the chance to get to know some more fur babies and to also give my cat Aysha the chance to socialise and play with other cats. I only accept a maximum of 2 bookings at the same time to ensure the pets are comfortable and able to adapt to the different circumstances. I have pet beds at home, however you fur babies are welcome to sleep on the couch, bed or wherever they feel comfortable! Dogs have been part of our lives since our earliest days. I grew up with a lively black Cockapoo and my wife Esther had a black Labrador as a child. We now have a lively black Cockapoo called Leia who loves the company of other dogs and our two children. As well caring for our own dog we've also provided loving care for dogs and other pets owned by extended family members and friends.
We're both self-employed and work from home most days of the week. If we look after your dog there'll be a long walk in the morning and in the afternoon. Usually we take a trip to the park of the woods mid morning or mid afternoon but can walk at other times too.
Your dog will be looked after in our own home as one of the family. We have a fenced garden which our own dog loves to laze around in. Our house has plenty of space with comfortable corners for dog cushions and beds. Our two children both love dogs. They're young enough to provide lots of games and stimulation but old enough to know when a dog needs some peace and quiet.
We spend around an hour in the woods or the park on each walk. We're a short walk from Queens Wood, Priory Park and the Parkland Walk.

We will have our nutrition in the morning with a healthy meal, go for a morning exercise, a nice  long walk and have some fun playing games and tricks. Then return home, get cleaned up, where I’m sure your fur baby will have a nap, once they awaken they can have free flow in the garden, there is games and dog friendly apparatus for the doggies to realise more energy, should they need to. The water bowl is always available, and they will eat in the day according to your instructions and of course they will receive treats. We will then go for a evening stroll.

For continuous on going pet sitting, I will ask you to complete a form with all the necessary information about your pets dietary needs, behaviour patterns, routine etc. From this information a file for your pet will be created, you will also receive daily photos and videos of your pets daily events. I ask that you let me know of any special words that have significant meaning to your fur baby.


I'm Michael. I'm a dog lover and have had dogs all my life. For me, they're part of my family. It's nice to spend time with a dog, one to one, see what makes it tick and to form a bond. I'm often seen walking my dogs, talking away to them. They're such good listeners and don't answer back!!
I've been a dog walker / boarder before, however being a foster carer to 2 children, there wasn't enough time to fit it all in. However, now I'm back to one child, so can give my time and attention that they deserve.

I&nbsp; love all animals especially dogs and cats ,I've worked for years as self employed courier and decided to give it up so I could follow my passion and look after dogs in my home. I started to look after dogs recently and I have boarded at least ten dogs in a short period of time I'm still looking after a puppy who is a long stay two months and it's fantastic to be his guardian for awhile. I'm a stone throw from a large park&nbsp; I make sure the dogs in my care are walked three times a day and they are given activities to stimulate them and keep them happy, I also have a back garden and a gate to keep the dogs safe ,&nbsp; I have large room inside my home the dogs seem to prefer sleeping on my sofa lol. The service I provide is dog boarding and day care I even take on puppies if need be, I'm available for boarding and day care right through till Christmas and short notice is accepted if there is space . I always keep dogs on a leash when out walking I know quite a lot of people with dogs on my local park and have never had a problem with any of them all well behaved. Over the years I've cared for many pets, now I have time on my hand I'm home all day I've got time to play your pet is in safe hands. I like routine so it's perfect for me I love exercise which is ideal to fit in with my daily routine, I'm a stone throw away from a large park I have a large living area and upstairs space also a back garden which I'm doing up. Because I no longer work I have free time to do what I enjoy and that's looking after and walking dogs and cats. My routine is simple home all day apart from visits to the shops for essential items, otherwise pet care fit's handsomely into my daily routine. I have a large living area to board and sit dogs and also three rooms upstairs so I can usually board 4 dogs at the same time my garden is also large although I prefer going to the park which is one minute away.&nbsp;

There is nothing that touches my heart more than the love of a dog and i have had a retriever all my life,his name is Cosmo and he is 11 years and counting .Hes a good boy ,getting old and i miss him alot. Thats why while im here doing Uni in glasgow i would love the idea of helping someone take care of their dog. My aunt has a couple of dogs back at the farm and i have been appointed to look after them on a couple of occasions when she has been away or busy hence i am more than familiar with the roles and responsibilities. Not only that I guarantee that your pet will have a great time but im more than sure he will love the experience and time shared together because call me mad but i do speak alot to dogs ,i feel they understand what you are trying to say atleast in most situations and it also shows the dog that you trust it. I live in a 2BHK flat in G5 glasgow and the pets will be more than welcome to come to my room and also on the couch since i have a special bed sheet which i will put on the couch after which its off limits for them . If the dogs have history of peeing or pooping in the house please let me know as i do charge a fine incase it is done on the carpet of the room.
Apart from overnight stays i also do weekly walks (once a day and sometimes also twice a say if required)
Mainly I would request you to provide me information on what kind of dog is your pet is he a playful one or is he a lazy one so i will be able to engage with him/her accordingly.
If he is an active one we will go for longer walks and make sure he is happy probably play some ball with him down in the garden which is in the building premise's basically just let me know what u need from your dog.
I can train them tricks , i can help make them more active so as to increase their metabolism incase they getting sugar problems etc
