"I needed someone to look after my Border Collie Tess for 3 days/2nights while I was on a training course. I was a worried as Tess can be a bit anxious and hasn't experienced much before but everything was absolutely fine. Sigrid is so experienced that Tess even managed her first ride on the Edinburgh tram without any problems. I received plenty photos showing me what the two were up to. Tess had a great holiday. When I picked her up at Sigrid's house, Tess looked as if she completely felt at home. I am so glad I found Sigrid and would definitely leave Tess with her again. Complete peace of mind. "Lois is the first person that we have left our pup with and we could not have had a better experience. Her communication was excellent and she gave us peace of mind with regular updates which included photos and videos of his adventures. Her experience with and love for animals is evident and our pup had a great time at his sleepover. I would not hesitate to recommend Lois."

"Craig was happy to take on a last-minute booking, and provided and asked for plenty of information beforehand. He did a great job making sure my anxious dog was feeling okay by giving her plenty of attention, and made sure she was comfortable around the other dogs he was boarding at the time. I received many pupdates and photos, which made me feel at ease too. Definitely recommend! :)"

"Carol had my 11yr old yorkshire terrier when I was on holiday.
Both Carol and her husband love dogs which was obvious from the first meeting.
They gave my dog Alfie excellent care and attention whilst I was away with a daily update and photo on what Alfie was up to.

"We were so nervous going away for two weeks and leaving our dog behind, but Bronwen made everything so much easier. We got updates once a day in the form of pictures and a brief update, so we never felt disconnected to McKay. "I would highly recommend Stacy I instantly felt she loved what she was doing and really cared about making my dogs stay enjoyable. She's very well organised with meeting up before the dogs stayed with her so she introduced herself to the dogs and me.she wanted to know as much information about the dogs usual routines as possible.Stacy give me regular updates and photos which I really liked.i would differently use her service again . "I had to travel away from Edinburgh for 3 whole weeks, the longest I have ever been away from my dog Egan, who has severe separation anxiety. I was a little worried and apprehensive, but Kenneth put all my doubts to rest from the very first day. Egan took to him from the moment they met, and was very excited and comfortable when I brought him to his house, immediately sniffing around and exploring the place, and greeting Kenneth and his partner with utmost enthusiasm.
Kenneth has been so kind, patient and understanding with Egan, tending to his wants and needs while setting appropriate behavioral boundaries, like he were Egan’s own parent. He made sure to regularly update me with pictures, videos and messages to keep my anxiety at bay, and was always available to chat and discuss things.
Egan did not panic, get upset or display signs of missing me even once, and had the time of his life at their house! He was treated like a king, being allowed on all the furniture and into every room of the house, which is what he is used to at home. He ended up quickly getting very attached to Kenneth in just a short span of time and following him around everywhere. He has developed a level of trust and affection that surprises me and warms my heart.
When I was unable to fly back to the UK on time due to an unforeseen emergency, Kenneth was very concerned and understanding and tried to help out with sorting Egan’s dogsitting situation as much as possible, even offering to cancel his personal plans for us.
I would highly recommend leaving your pet here due to the excellent level of dedication, communication and empathy that Kenneth displays, not to mention an absolute value for money! "

"Monika helped us out last minute. We needed a pet sitter whilst travelling for one night. Monika went out of her way to help us out knowing we wouldn’t be regular customers. She genuinely cares about animals.
Monika looked after my old dog very well. Her home is clean , tidy, comfortable and safe. She sent me regular updates / photos and stuck to my dogs usual routine.
If only I lived closer, I would use her all the time.

"When our usual kennels were closed over Christmas, having never used Pawshake before, we were a little nervous - but we really needn't have been.
