"Anna was very kind to accept our three dogs. We had a visit before we booked and she was very friendly and had a ready good understanding of looking after dogs. While the dogs were staying with Anna we got lots of updates and pictures so we could see that they had settled well. Anna took the dogs on some lovely walks.

"Communication was excellent with mihaela she responded to my last minute booking promptly and accepted to take Juno the same day🥹. She was constantly sending pictures and videos of Juno which was sooo reassuring. He had such a great time there even though hes usually skeptical of strangers. Got along very well with her dog rolly as he’s very friendly. Her pricing is amazing to the standard she took care of Juno. He went on multiple walks in a day and played lots. To top it all off she’s was capable of making him go up some stairs which I’ve never been able to do😂 she has a passion for dogs and did me a massive favour by even having him for an extra day. Thank you for everything Mihaela"

"Bonnie had a fantastic stay with Roxanne and Kylo. We were sent videos and photos all through the day, and Bonnie really loved playing with Kylo. Roxanne even stayed up with my girl during the night to make sure she wasn’t scared of the fireworks. Highly recommended "

"Zainab had our dog Lola boarding with her for two weeks, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Communication was excellent and easy right from the start, with lovely photos and videos during her stay. Zainab is really calm and patient, going out of her way to make sure that Lola’s stay with her was just right. I will definitely use Zainab again and will recommend her to friends."

"Samantha took great care of my baby Dolly whilst I was away! She kept me posted every day with pictures and videos, and stay'd home with her with no other pets so Dolly would not feel threatened. "We couldn’t be happier with the care our German Shepherd, Bear, received. Communication was excellent from start to finish! We were kept updated with regular messages and lovely photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. "If you’re looking for pet minders who treat your dog like royalty (and possibly spoil them more than you do), Nassy and Chris are the ones!
Leaving my dog is never easy — he’s basically my child with four legs — but they made it completely stress-free. They didn’t just “watch” him… they loved him. Properly loved him.
He had his daily walks (including his proud strut down Kings Heath High Street like he owns the place), came back clean and freshly showered, had his food prepared just how he likes it, and most importantly — endless cuddles.
I’m pretty sure he didn’t even miss me… which says everything really 😂
Seeing how relaxed, happy and content he was said it all. They cared for him like he was their own, and that means the world to me.
Thank you both for loving my boy, spoiling him slightly (okay… a lot), and giving me complete peace of mind. You’re absolute gems 🤍🐾"

"Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Jane provided excellent care for Rio for a few days and asked all the right questions before and during the booking to ascertain his exact needs. She kept me up to date throughout all 3 days with photos, post walk information and was very caring.
