"Our Dog stayed with Mehrnaz for 10 days, she was a wonderful sitter. Her communication was excellent during the booking process and we received updates and photos daily. "Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"Emma and her family are so sweet. I left my dog before catching a flight. Location is very convenient, close to Heathrow! They took well care of Mikasa. It was for me a great plus to have such a big garden and close to parks, plus having another dog, cause mine loves company! She was updating me properly and replying quickly. Thanks for everything. "

"We had our one year old dog Ziggy for boarding for 10 nights with Noel. This was his first time he was staying away from family so were bit nervous. But We are really impressed and happy that Noel was available at such a short notice and provided 5 star care with daily updates from videos and photos. Ziggy really enjoyed the stay. "We have a very lively Cocker Spaniel and so I am usually quite anxious about leaving him places that he is unfamiliar with. Denzil was brilliant with him, walked him endlessly, and took such good care of him. He came back absolutely exhausted! We got daily updates with pictures and videos which helped put us at ease. Denzil was extremely flexible and kept him an extra day due to me messing up our flights! Denzil is professional and a clear animal lover. 100% recommend and will definitely be using Denzil's dog care services again. Thank you so much!"

"I can't recommend Neil enough! From our initial meet, to our dogs 1 week stay, professional throughout. Neil has a really calm, inviting and dog friendly house with direct access to his garden. It was perfect for my dog as I wanted it to mimic being at 'home' as best possible so he'd feel comfortable when we had to leave him. Neil's very friendly dog also helped Reilly feel at ease in the new environment as well. He updated us daily with pictures and videos which helped reassure us our dog was doing fine. He had Reilly over the recent weeks heatwave which couldn't of been easy but Neil made sure to take him our extra early so it was cool and then a further 2 short walks later on in the day. We had to leave extra early for the airport and Neil even collected our dog from our house (for a small fee) which really helped us out! We go away a lot and I have to say Neil is one of the best boarders we've used and we'll definitely be using him again."

"I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pawshake. Jaana the dog carer is awesome- a natural dog lover who is very experienced in looking after different breeds and gives her full attention to the needs of the dog. She is a good communicator went above the call of duty in taking care of my fury one, Karna whilst we were abroad for 11 days, and her updates greatly helped to ease my mind. She is very dedicated to her job as a carer which I strongly feel is very rare to find amongst carers. She is an absolute ‘gem’ and is apparent that she loves what she does. A carer like her is a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! She has a sweet temperament, common sense and a high level of patience and understanding. On my return journey my car broke down and I got a bit delayed to pick my dog and Jaana was very understanding and reassured me that not to worry and she would wait for me.
I am very happy to mention that in the future Jaana would be my first choice to be my dog carer unless she is not available. Karna had a lovely time with Jaana’s dogs and he was missing their company even after we returned home. I am very happy and satisfied with Jaana’s care. With no hesitation I can recommend Jaana to anyone.
