"I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pawshake. Jaana the dog carer is awesome- a natural dog lover who is very experienced in looking after different breeds and gives her full attention to the needs of the dog. She is a good communicator went above the call of duty in taking care of my fury one, Karna whilst we were abroad for 11 days, and her updates greatly helped to ease my mind. She is very dedicated to her job as a carer which I strongly feel is very rare to find amongst carers. She is an absolute ‘gem’ and is apparent that she loves what she does. A carer like her is a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! She has a sweet temperament, common sense and a high level of patience and understanding. On my return journey my car broke down and I got a bit delayed to pick my dog and Jaana was very understanding and reassured me that not to worry and she would wait for me.
I am very happy to mention that in the future Jaana would be my first choice to be my dog carer unless she is not available. Karna had a lovely time with Jaana’s dogs and he was missing their company even after we returned home. I am very happy and satisfied with Jaana’s care. With no hesitation I can recommend Jaana to anyone.

"Marian looked after our dog and guinea pigs when we went on holiday for 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Marian and would definitely book again in the future. Marian was extremely caring and took excellent care of our pets and gave us great peace of mind when we were away. We got lots of updates and pictures throughout our holiday and Marian went above and beyond our expectations."

"Luka and his family are very pleasant and so easy to communicate with. He sent some lovely pictures of my dog during her stay, and she was very bubbly and happy. They were really careful about noting her food and medication needs and took really good care of her. I will definitely go to Luka again next time I’m away and would definitely recommend."

"A very happy and well looked after pup. What more could you ask for? We have been so pleased with our dog’s stay with Blanka. From the original Meet and Greet through the actual stay, everything was as you’d hope. Communication was timely and the videos and photos were a great comfort to see our happy canine. Can’t recommend highly enough. "

"Alicja is a great sitter and an avid animal lover. I left my dog with her for 7 nights and throughout this period she ensured to keep us posted with photos and videos of our dog. She took good care of our dog and used to take them for regular walks to parks and riverside. She is very kind and easy to reach and everytime available whenever I needed her. I highly recommend her and personally would always avail her service whenever I have to leave my dog in boarding."

"Be warned… your dogs may not want to leave! Quality treats, lots of cuddles, warm baths, and various soft dog beds…. this is basically a dog spa hotel. A repeat visit with Olly, Maisie and the pack. My Pomchi and Dachshund are always well looked after. You will get lots of pics and videos, and they are always contactable throughout the stay. My dogs return home with shiny coats, always very clean and happy. They are based in an area with lots of green spaces for walks + additional bonus do allow the dogs to be off the lead when exercising. A true sign of having bonded with your pet. They provided high quality dog food on both occasions when we ran out… even as far as offering to cook a fresh meal for our fussy Pomchi! I highly recommend for short and long term bookings. "
