"Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"Viki looked after our dog for just over a week and while I know he was not to impressed to start with, (he can be a bit of a grump at times!) Viki persevered and won him over. We have never needed to use a service like this before but we were left feeling at ease and the daily photos and updates left us feeling reassured. Our dog was more than fine and no doubt we will be back again for more reassuring care and support in the future. Thank you Viki, this made our time away easier and reduced our worries. "

"Our Newfador, Cyrille, had a lovely relaxing stay with Anu. Anu offers beautiful surroundings and spacious garden, plus ready access to nearby countryside walks.
There was only one other dog around for the bulk of his stay, Anu's own, adding to a calm, tranquil atmosphere.
If you are looking for your dog to have the equivalent of a canine 18-30 holiday with lots of other dogs and incessant play, then this is not the place!
If, however, you are looking for a peaceful environment, having your "best friend" well cared for but not overstimulated, then Anu's is perfect .
If I was being picky, it may be good for Anu to take 3 dogs more regularly (2 guest dogs plus her own), to give a better balance of calm vs play. This may be especially attractive where the dog guests are younger and need more activity.
Overall we were very happy with how it worked out and would certainly look to return in future.

"Emma and her family are so sweet. I left my dog before catching a flight. Location is very convenient, close to Heathrow! They took well care of Mikasa. It was for me a great plus to have such a big garden and close to parks, plus having another dog, cause mine loves company! She was updating me properly and replying quickly. Thanks for everything. "

"I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pawshake. Jaana the dog carer is awesome- a natural dog lover who is very experienced in looking after different breeds and gives her full attention to the needs of the dog. She is a good communicator went above the call of duty in taking care of my fury one, Karna whilst we were abroad for 11 days, and her updates greatly helped to ease my mind. She is very dedicated to her job as a carer which I strongly feel is very rare to find amongst carers. She is an absolute ‘gem’ and is apparent that she loves what she does. A carer like her is a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! She has a sweet temperament, common sense and a high level of patience and understanding. On my return journey my car broke down and I got a bit delayed to pick my dog and Jaana was very understanding and reassured me that not to worry and she would wait for me.
I am very happy to mention that in the future Jaana would be my first choice to be my dog carer unless she is not available. Karna had a lovely time with Jaana’s dogs and he was missing their company even after we returned home. I am very happy and satisfied with Jaana’s care. With no hesitation I can recommend Jaana to anyone.

"Our French bulldog had a great experience! He came back happy , looking good ! We received daily updates, photos and a few details about his day ! Even from the photos we could tell he was happy . Natalia’s family kindly allowed our dog on the sofa , so he felt really at home. There were two other dogs there which Natalia was really transparent about right away, and offered to meet before dog boarding started to see if it works for us ! I felt at ease , seeing that my dog is in good hands . Will most certainly be using Natalia’s help in future.
