"Chara took care of our rescue greyhound Yuna while my partner and I went on a trip. She was an extremely lovely person. I’m usually an emotional wreck having to leave Yuna but Chara was extremely sensitive and reassuring about this. We arranged a meet and greet before hand so Yuna and Chara could bond and get to know each other before we booked her for dog boarding. Yuna was immediately comfortable with her and her partner Dougie you could tell they had had so much love for dogs. Chara and Dougie were regularly in contact to give us updates during her stay and let us know how she was settling in every step of the way. We were delayed dropping Yuna off on the first day then further delayed by a good few hours on the return from our trip to collect her but they were very understanding about it which was so kind of them. Chara and Dougie showered our girl with love and made her feel right at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would love to have Yuna stay with Chara and Dougie again, Yuna really loved them both and she thoroughly enjoyed their company."

"Our second time booking with Yuyang and once again, she was amazing! I honestly don’t know what my boy Whisky would do without her. He stayed with her for 5 days and had an absolute blast. Yuyang’s flat is perfectly set up for dogs, and her experience with dog care really shines through. She kept me updated, was super responsive, and clearly treated Whisky like one of her own. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!"

"Ollie had an absolutely brilliant time with Megan.
