"Nicky is a true professional who genuinely understands dogs. From our very first meeting, she made a fantastic impression by asking all the right questions about my dog's specific needs and routines. It was clear that she takes her role seriously and wants to ensure the best possible care for each pet.
During my dog's stay with Nicky, I could tell he was in excellent hands. When I picked him up, he was incredibly happy and looked completely at ease—almost like he was on his own little vacation! It's evident that he received lots of cuddles and attention from Nicky, which is so important to me as a pet owner.
Another great bonus is Nicky's dog, Lola, who is very calm and made my dog feel right at home. It's always a relief to know that your pet is not only well cared for but also in a comfortable and friendly environment.
I would definitely recommend Nicky to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive dog sitter. She truly goes above and beyond, and I will absolutely be using her services again in the future!"

"If I could give 10 stars for everything I would. Under any other circumstances both dogs are usually reactive, but Rebecca clearly has a calming influence. I have never seen 2 dogs (who have never ever been boarded before) so relaxed and happy in their (new & strange) environment. I have had plenty of pictures and messages which has given me the greatest of reassurance and pleasure of knowing that these 2 dogs have clearly had the trip of a lifetime. I have already recommended Rebecca to people and she is number 1 favourite sitter from now on."

"Nacho loves Katrina! Ok, so I had never left my dog with people I didn’t know before, he’d only been looked after once by a friend for a weekend in his own home, so I was a little nervous about how he (or I!) would get on with it. We’d also been let down fairly last minute by the person who was supposed to look after him so it was a scramble to find someone we trusted to have him. Katrina put my mind at rest straight away, communication was brilliant from the start, the meet was well handled & he warmed to her straight away. We had daily updates and many many photos of what he’d been up to during our week away. He ate plenty which is big deal for him as when he gets anxious he stops eating and he made a couple of new friends, which was also huge as normally he’s nervous around other dogs.
Our flight was also delayed which meant we couldnt pick him up when we were supposed to and Katrina took it all in her stride and didnt add any more stress to the situation. When we got there he was having last minute cuddles and barely looked up when I walked in, which was really rude & he was in absolutely no rush to leave. So, I had a holiday with no worries about the dog & Nacho had a holiday he would gladly have never left! Would recommend & we’ll definitely be using Katrina again. "

"Yiwei was simply amazing!!! My doggie eats homemade food so I had to cook in batches so she could feed him and she did not mind all the food bags and my requests! Communication was always amazing and she send pics and videos everyday !! She also went on trips with my doggie and treated him very well !! He had a minor eye allergy and she was prompt to inform me and to treat him with the eye drops I sent her! I have nothing bad to say about Yiwei ! You can see the genuine love for animals and the caring person she is ! I am 100% satisfied and I’ll most surely be booking again!! Thank you Yiwei! Kunta loved his stay 🫶🏽"

"I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my small Shih Tzu to Diego and Alia for a few days, and I couldn't be happier with the care provided. From the moment we met, Diego and his wife displayed a genuine love for animals and a professional approach to pet sitting.
My Shih Tzu can be a bit anxious, especially around new people, but Diego handled him with such kindness and patience that he quickly warmed up. The daily updates, including photos and messages about their activities, were a wonderful touch that kept me at ease while I was away.
I was particularly impressed with how attentive Diego and Alia were to my dog's specific needs, ensuring he was fed, walked, and cuddled according to his routine. The house was also well-kept and just as I left it upon my return.

"Lorna took fantastic care of our golden retriever puppy, Bailey, he had a fantastic time! Lorna was very responsive to our initial enquiry and communication from then on was excellent. Whilst we were away Lorna kept up informed with daily messages and lots of pictures. From the initial contact Bailey was immediately embraced by Lorna and her lovely family and he was extremely at ease (this was his first time away from us). He thoroughly enjoyed his stay and all the attention and walks in the local park and woods. We have no hesitation in recommending Lorna."
