"Hima is an absolutely amazing dog sitter, and I feel so lucky to have found her to take care of Milo. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease with her calm, friendly demeanor and obvious love for animals. Milo can be a bit particular, but he warmed up to her right away, which instantly told me he was in good hands.
One of the things I appreciate most about Hima is how communicative she is. She sends loads of pictures throughout the day, which I absolutely love—it’s such a nice way to stay connected to Milo while I’m away. Whether he’s out on a walk, relaxing at home, or playing with toys, Hima always captures the moment and keeps me in the loop. It’s clear that she really gets how much pet parents value that kind of care and attention.
Beyond the updates, I’ve come to really trust Hima. She’s incredibly dependable, responsible, and always makes sure Milo’s routine is followed closely. I can tell she genuinely enjoys spending time with him, and that means the world to me. Every time Milo stays with her, he comes back happy, well-exercised, and calm—which is exactly what I hope for.

"Wonderful Car & Excellent Service For Reggie
At relatively short notice Rebecca was able to accommodate boarding my Dachshund Reggie. Great meet and greet to ensure it was a good match for both of us. During Reggie's stay I had regular updates showing him settling in, having fun on walks and play with other Dachshund's. It was clear that he was well cared for and genuinely happy.

"Joanne was amazing; from communicating with her to arrange the initial intro meeting to her regular 'pupdates' whilst we were away, Joanne was very forthcoming. For the 10 days that Scout stayed with her, Joanne took her in as a member of her family; she took the time and patience to gently coax our slightly nervous dog until she was completely comfortable. It was like a home from home for Scout, in fact I think Scout is really missing Joanne since we got home! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joanne's dog boarding service and will be definitely asking Joanne if Scout can stay with her again."

"Tiya, our 12 year young Spaniel, loved her week’s stay with Charley, especially her large garden - very much enjoying being able to sunbathe and come & go as she wanted via the dog flap. Wonderful doggy walks were provided to different places, and lots of doggy sniffs (very important to a Spaniel!) including water and sand .. Virginia Water, Horsell Common, Heather Farm Wetlands to name a few.
Well done Charley; hope little Albert isn’t missing his new friend… she’ll be back soon as I’m booking again for next month

"Our Dog stayed with Mehrnaz for 10 days, she was a wonderful sitter. Her communication was excellent during the booking process and we received updates and photos daily. "Leaving our little Yorkie(Leia) with Katie was a really good experience for our dog and for us! She suggested we meet before the dog boarding started and I got to meet her and her lovely little dog before hand. It gave me great confidence and I felt happy to leave Leia with her, Katie is lovely. She had Leia for almost 12 days and we had great communication from her and pictures/videos. We were nervous to leave her that long but when we picked her up she was happy. Thanks so so much Katie. 🙂"

"I've had several good Pawshake experiences, but Emma was the best. Why? She was wonderfully tolerant as I changed my mind as to when I was coming. Then, arriving, I couldn't help but look at it from my dog's point of view: he arrived into a student household, where there were five friendly people, all excited by his arrival, and happy to throw him the ball. Emma is learning to be a vet, which manifested in her expert understanding. 'He has a slightly upset tummy,' I told her. Someone else might have said, 'You should have said this! I'm not sure I want him...' She stroked him, and said, 'Oh, sometimes that's a dog's response to worry... Don't worry. We'll take him straight out!' All this, and, for some crazy reason, Emma made herself the cheapest sitter in the area. She's so good, she'll be inundated by custom. You'll be lucky, your dog will be lucky, if the customer is you!"

"We and Ozy couldn't have been happier with the care Yasantha and his whole family provided for more than 2 weeks. We are so grateful for the peace of mind they gave us.

"I can't recommend Neil enough! From our initial meet, to our dogs 1 week stay, professional throughout. Neil has a really calm, inviting and dog friendly house with direct access to his garden. It was perfect for my dog as I wanted it to mimic being at 'home' as best possible so he'd feel comfortable when we had to leave him. Neil's very friendly dog also helped Reilly feel at ease in the new environment as well. He updated us daily with pictures and videos which helped reassure us our dog was doing fine. He had Reilly over the recent weeks heatwave which couldn't of been easy but Neil made sure to take him our extra early so it was cool and then a further 2 short walks later on in the day. We had to leave extra early for the airport and Neil even collected our dog from our house (for a small fee) which really helped us out! We go away a lot and I have to say Neil is one of the best boarders we've used and we'll definitely be using him again."

" Catalina and her lovely boyf are the best dog sitters Bud has ever had. I had loads of photos and updates showing me he was being loved and spoiled. He was returned to me happy, glossy, healthy and well exercised! And Catalina was really helpful and flexible about pickup and collection times which made life/flights/taxis so much less stressful.
