"I hadn't used Pawshake before but I couldn't be more impressed with the pet sitter I chose! Barbara was lovely from start to finish, she welcomed my rescue puppy into her home and made a genuine effort to get to know her and her needs. I was kept up to date with regular photos & messages during Freya's stay and was in no doubt that my puppy was safe and happy. Such a lovely couple, and Pepper the poodle was adorable! 100% recommended."

"Pri and Viggy looked after our 3yr old lab Rocky for 2 weeks. They were in daily contact with us whilst we were away on holiday and shared some photos. Rocky was well looked after and they catered for his daily needs and walks. Rocky bonded well with their own dog and he had a wonderful time. Dog walking, playtime and exercise plus the care and attention Pri & Viggy provided was excellent. When we collected Rocky I think he was sad to leave. I thoroughly recommend these sitters and we will be using them again for sure."

"I had such a lovely experience with [sitter’s name] while I was away on holiday. She was a great communicator and kept me updated with photos and messages about my little doggy, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was really thoughtful and flexible too - when my dog had a vet appointment come up, she made it easy for me to arrange someone else to take him. "We couldn’t be happier with the care Yoshi and Suki received while we were away for the holidays. Julia and Kerry kept us updated with lovely notes on Yoshi’s daily walks and how both Yoshi and Suki were settling into the new environment. "We left our 2yr old lab Bleu with Sheryl for 20 days. Sheryl put our minds at ease about leaving Bleu for the 1st time. It was obvious from day one that Sheryl and her entire family loved dogs. Her house is entirely set up to be dog friendly. We received daily video updates of Bleu. Bleu was not just looked after , he was loved. We were able to enjoy our holiday with peace of mind knowing Bleu was happy and having a great time. We would happily recommend Sheryl , she goes above and beyond for the pets left in her care."

"Our Newfador, Cyrille, had a lovely relaxing stay with Anu. Anu offers beautiful surroundings and spacious garden, plus ready access to nearby countryside walks.
There was only one other dog around for the bulk of his stay, Anu's own, adding to a calm, tranquil atmosphere.
If you are looking for your dog to have the equivalent of a canine 18-30 holiday with lots of other dogs and incessant play, then this is not the place!
If, however, you are looking for a peaceful environment, having your "best friend" well cared for but not overstimulated, then Anu's is perfect .
If I was being picky, it may be good for Anu to take 3 dogs more regularly (2 guest dogs plus her own), to give a better balance of calm vs play. This may be especially attractive where the dog guests are younger and need more activity.
Overall we were very happy with how it worked out and would certainly look to return in future.

"We needed last minute boarding for our dog Colin and Hannah was fantastic from start to finish! We received plenty of photos and videos of him having a wonderful time, with lots of walks, sniffs and cuddles which is just what we wanted for him. Hannah was also fabulous at looking after Colin’s health needs as unfortunately he was on a short course of medication due to a hotspot when we had to drop him off - Hannah also managed to figure out his secret love of almond butter (which helped him take his meds!) and now he has returned home happy and healthy! Thank you Hannah for Colin’s wonderful stay! 🐶🐾 "
