"Alex is a wonderful dog sitter. she took such good care of my nervous rescue dog Betty and did everything she could to make sure she ate and was comfortable and happy whilst away.
Alex gave her plenty of time to decompress and settle in and kept me updated throughout the whole stay.

"Superb communication before and during Freddie's stay with Nav.
We arranged a date to meet each other before his stay and was invited into her home to see where Freddie would be living while we were away.
Nav ensured that she knew as much as possible about him before he stayed.
We had several updates during our time away and Nav sent photos and messages to keep us updated about how he was doing.
We cannot thank Nav & Luke enough for being so caring in looking after Freddie for us.
We will definitely ask Nav & Luke to look after him again. Thank you both so much."

"Rachel was a wonderful dog sitter. She made sure her dog was comfortable with mine by arranging a meet-up in a neutral location. She asked all the right questions, including whether my dog had good recall, any allergies or intolerances, and how long his walks usually are.
When she came to pick him up, she showed me her license and insurance documentation from the council, which immediately put me at ease. I also filled out a detailed form noting any allergies, medications, and preferences, with clear tick boxes for what I was happy for her to do.
All my anxieties about leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time quickly disappeared thanks to Rachel's regular updates. She sent frequent messages, photos, and videos showing how happy and relaxed my dog was—whether at her home, on walks, or playing in her garden.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care and attention Rachel gave my dog, and I will definitely use her services again in the future."

"For the first time ever, my two fur babies were disappointed to be home after their 16 night stay with Dyl 🙈 It is clear to see that they were loved and looked after as if they were Dyl's own, it was honestly like they hadn't been away. One of my dogs has anxiety which results in reactivity and Dyl wasn't phased by this. He can be extremely difficult to manage and this is always a huge worry for us, leaving him in someone elses hands, however Dyl worked with him and managed his needs beautifully. Both doggos came home so content, so beautifully clean and just so happy. It was a breath of fresh air, being able to enjoy our holiday without having to worry about our pups 🐶 😊 ❤️ wish I could give more than 5 stars 🌟 "

"An amazing pet sitter. From the first contact and meeting we knew that Ronnie would be well looked after. Siobhan and her family are expert pet sitters and we'd have no hesitation in recommending them. We got constant updates on how Ronnie was doing and beforehand they invested the time and found out everything they needed to know about routines, etc. to ensure that our dog had a wonderful stay with them.
