"Sumant was the best sitter a could of wished for. We was nervous about leaving our with anyone he is quite a nervous dog. And he had never been left with anybody else before. He has separation issues. On going to the meet and greet at sumant home he made us feel really welcome greeted us with himself and his little daughter and dog taffy he is so cute to.
But Hugo was nervous around him and was growing I thought that's not good but sumant just took in his stride and assured us that he could look after Hugo and that if necessary he could separate the dogs if needed. He asked us questions about and want he likes things about walks feeding habits and things. We didn't decide right away and he left and said we would be in touch sumant yes ok. We left later that day sumant sent a message on pawshake saying thank you for coming lovely to meet you all and hope to see you soon it would be a pleasure to look after Hugo. We had talked and we all had I really good feeling about sumant and went for it with. The first couple of days Hugo struggled to settle and was not eating much Sumant and his family do everything the could to try to settle Hugo lots of hugs and love and cuddles and attention. This was on going for and couple of days sumant keeping us informed at all times of everything, Hugo was fine just wouldn't eat properly missing us aww..So we suggested that he try hand feeding Hugo. He would sometimes be off his food at home and would eat if we did it sometimes .We had left his usual wet dog food and some roast chicken in tubes that we prepared, as well as treat and things and sumant said Yes, no problem at all. I want him to eat and be happy the pets come first and foremost so for most of the week sumant was hand feeding Hugo even his wet food and git him eating again settled to make sure he was getting what he needed and settled. He even brought fresh chicken himself and cooked it daily for hugo and was very happy to do so again WOW. I got pics,messages, and vids all the time from sumant of walks playing games like his daughter would play with Hugo and he would do his tricks like sit give her his paws, he's does and spin. And will catch treats for her and sumant to and just chilling one, kisses ones, cuddle ones , sunbathing ones,and one's with lots of smiles. They was so cute. And reassured us that he's being looked after and loved.the day after Hugo started eating again. Sumant took Hugo for his his return he noticed that Hugo was limping and was licking at his back leg upon looking right away he seen Hugo had an open cut on his one off his pads he message Me right away to let Me know. I ask him can he go the vets please. He had an appointment sorted for the next couple of hours. The vet clean and give Hugo and injection for pain antibiotics and a collar to stop him from licking. And sumant paid the bill of £115 out off his own pocket. And started the process of the pawshake guarantee. And reassured us again that hugo comes first and foremost which was great. We offered to refunded him the money he had spent. He said no and continued the calm. Which i can tell yiu he got to great from pawshake and suamnt .He also used his professional experience to not put the collar on Hugo at all times instead having it off when he was there with him to stop him from licking the cut.dont thick I seen it on him tbh probably only at night that is the level of care he received from sumant always attentive. Which I think was a great call it stop Hugo becoming unsettle again, he give Hugo his antibiotics daily and Hugo was fine and flourished in his care sumant and his family are lovely caring people and really do put you pet first they honestly couldn't do enough to help Hugo be happy and settled and and will used sumant again 100% people when need also he has messaged since picking Hugo up back on the 12th Aug a couple off times seeing how we all are and how Hugos paws in doing and that he missed Hugo aww and and I think Hugo misses them I've we play a vids that sumant sent with his or his family's voices he looks for them aww now that cute and shows he liked them loads for an nervous dog to so thank you sumant and family see you again 😊 ❤️ "

"I recently booked Bethany on Pawshake to look after my French Bulldog, Skye. Despite it being my first time using the site, the booking process was straightforward, and Beth had availability on the dates I needed.
Upon meeting Beth, I was immediately put at ease by her warm and friendly demeanor. Throughout the weekend, she kept me updated with numerous pictures and messages showing Skye having a wonderful time with Beth and her beautiful dogs, Ollie and Nellie. She took Skye on long walks, played with her, and even snuggled with her while watching TV, which Skye loves.
Beth treated Skye like her own, making me feel comfortable and confident that Skye was in good hands. I highly recommend Beth for pet sitting and will definitely be booking with her again. Skye is already looking forward to her next visit!

"Charlie, our border collie, has been with Lucy for the past 10 days while we went away and we cannot recommend her enough. Lucy was brilliant with Charlie, he is a nervous boy and can be reactive towards other dogs so he can be challenging at times on walks so we have never been able to leave him before with family or friends as they have pets themselves. He is reluctant to go on walks etc as so nervous so we have always worried leaving him. We contacted Lucy and explained and she was more than happy to help and meet him. Lucy responds with any queries you have efficiently and is so helpful. We went on holiday and Charlie settled quickly and Lucy sends daily photos, videos, messages which was so lovely to see him so settled and happy and snuggled up with her on the sofa! Lucy even got him on regular walks and runs which made us feel so comfortable. We highly recommend Lucy, she is so loving, kind and compassionate in what she does. We have booked again already and I'm sure Charlie will be so excited to stay again. Thank you Lucy for everything xx "

"Our two labradors Archie and Ruby stayed with Molly whilst we went to a family wedding for 4 nights. From the first meeting it was clear that the dogs would be in really good hands. Nothing was too much trouble and it was clear that they would make sure the dogs were happy and well cared for. It’s the first time the dogs have stayed with a sitter and it was a pretty big deal for us, but Molly kept us regularly updated and reassured us with pictures and videos of them being there usual happy selves. The service was professional and every effort was made for the dogs to be kept in their usual routines and thought was put into making the dogs comfortable and feel loved. Thankyou Molly and Ashley. "Superb communication before and during Freddie's stay with Nav.
We arranged a date to meet each other before his stay and was invited into her home to see where Freddie would be living while we were away.
Nav ensured that she knew as much as possible about him before he stayed.
We had several updates during our time away and Nav sent photos and messages to keep us updated about how he was doing.
We cannot thank Nav & Luke enough for being so caring in looking after Freddie for us.

"Ziding is a very loving, kind and caring dog boarder. My old boy of 15 years was very happy and well looked after. Ziding sent lots of photos and reports on him. Seeing him playing with the other dogs was lovely. Eating treats out of Ziding's hand and enjoying his walks. When I need to board Hartley again I will certainly call on Ziding. Very lovely lady and she is a qualified level 2 groomer.

"Marney and her family watched my dog while I was away on holiday, and she was great! I told her beforehand that due to a previous dog attack, my dog needed to wear a muzzle while walking and shouldn't be allowed near other dogs now since she's still reactive. Marney handled that very well and made sure to walk her during times when there would be less chance of other animals around.
I got updates on how Soko was doing each day and information about how she was getting on. The pictures were adorable, and I could tell Soko felt comfortable and cared for in her home. I'd suggest Marney to anyone who wants to be reassured that their pets are well looked after and loved on. Thank you so much, Marney and family! "

"This is the first time I have used this site, and I am soooo glad I did! Alex was exactly the kind, warm dog lover I was looking for, and lives really close to me, which was a happy coincidence, but I would travel to her even if she was miles away. Alex treated my dog as her own. My Yorkshire terrier is old, blind and deaf, but with her tender care of him, he settled in right away. I was filled with confidence and wasn't worried at all. "Sylwia looked after our 6 month old Cosmo for 6 days, and we couldn't be happier with how she took care of her. It was her first time away from home so we were nervous, but as soon as she started sending us photos and videos of her being so happy we were at ease! She is perfect if you would like your pup to have some doggy friends as well, Mia and Bailey are very sweet and Cosmo made a new best friend in Bailey. She happily used Cosmo's food and usual schedule, took her on loads of long walks, and never left her alone as her partner is there too. She sent us lots and lots of photos and videos and answered any questions we had very quickly. We would highly recommend Sylwia, especially as we booked in at quite late notice, we think we have found Cosmo's new second home! "
