"Raquel is really lovely, we have never left our dog before and were nervous but she put us at ease straight away. She sent us videos and pictures of Sky to give us peace of mind. We could tell how happy Sky was in them and she treated Sky like her own dog. We will definitely be using Raquel again the next time we need to go away. Thank you so much again :) "

"For the first time ever, my two fur babies were disappointed to be home after their 16 night stay with Dyl đ It is clear to see that they were loved and looked after as if they were Dyl's own, it was honestly like they hadn't been away. One of my dogs has anxiety which results in reactivity and Dyl wasn't phased by this. He can be extremely difficult to manage and this is always a huge worry for us, leaving him in someone elses hands, however Dyl worked with him and managed his needs beautifully. Both doggos came home so content, so beautifully clean and just so happy. It was a breath of fresh air, being able to enjoy our holiday without having to worry about our pups đś đ â¤ď¸ wish I could give more than 5 stars đ "

"Jakub and his partner did a fantastic job of looking after my two Pomeranians whilst I was on holiday .
They sent me updates of them enjoying themselves in their comfortable apartment.
They were very quick to respond to my messages and made sure they followed all the instructions I gave them carefully.

"Rachel was a wonderful dog sitter. She made sure her dog was comfortable with mine by arranging a meet-up in a neutral location. She asked all the right questions, including whether my dog had good recall, any allergies or intolerances, and how long his walks usually are.
When she came to pick him up, she showed me her license and insurance documentation from the council, which immediately put me at ease. I also filled out a detailed form noting any allergies, medications, and preferences, with clear tick boxes for what I was happy for her to do.
All my anxieties about leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time quickly disappeared thanks to Rachel's regular updates. She sent frequent messages, photos, and videos showing how happy and relaxed my dog wasâwhether at her home, on walks, or playing in her garden.
Overall, Iâm extremely happy with the care and attention Rachel gave my dog, and I will definitely use her services again in the future."
