"Valeria looked after my dog for a week recently and I couldn’t have been happier with how it went. Everything; from pre communication to initial meet up and daily updates was absolutely perfect.

"Charlie, our border collie, has been with Lucy for the past 10 days while we went away and we cannot recommend her enough. Lucy was brilliant with Charlie, he is a nervous boy and can be reactive towards other dogs so he can be challenging at times on walks so we have never been able to leave him before with family or friends as they have pets themselves. He is reluctant to go on walks etc as so nervous so we have always worried leaving him. We contacted Lucy and explained and she was more than happy to help and meet him. Lucy responds with any queries you have efficiently and is so helpful. We went on holiday and Charlie settled quickly and Lucy sends daily photos, videos, messages which was so lovely to see him so settled and happy and snuggled up with her on the sofa! Lucy even got him on regular walks and runs which made us feel so comfortable. We highly recommend Lucy, she is so loving, kind and compassionate in what she does. We have booked again already and I'm sure Charlie will be so excited to stay again. Thank you Lucy for everything xx "

"Raquel is really lovely, we have never left our dog before and were nervous but she put us at ease straight away. She sent us videos and pictures of Sky to give us peace of mind. We could tell how happy Sky was in them and she treated Sky like her own dog. We will definitely be using Raquel again the next time we need to go away. Thank you so much again :) "

"Alex is a wonderful dog sitter. she took such good care of my nervous rescue dog Betty and did everything she could to make sure she ate and was comfortable and happy whilst away.

"Rachel was a wonderful dog sitter. She made sure her dog was comfortable with mine by arranging a meet-up in a neutral location. She asked all the right questions, including whether my dog had good recall, any allergies or intolerances, and how long his walks usually are.
When she came to pick him up, she showed me her license and insurance documentation from the council, which immediately put me at ease. I also filled out a detailed form noting any allergies, medications, and preferences, with clear tick boxes for what I was happy for her to do.
All my anxieties about leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time quickly disappeared thanks to Rachel's regular updates. She sent frequent messages, photos, and videos showing how happy and relaxed my dog was—whether at her home, on walks, or playing in her garden.

"For the first time ever, my two fur babies were disappointed to be home after their 16 night stay with Dyl 🙈 It is clear to see that they were loved and looked after as if they were Dyl's own, it was honestly like they hadn't been away. One of my dogs has anxiety which results in reactivity and Dyl wasn't phased by this. He can be extremely difficult to manage and this is always a huge worry for us, leaving him in someone elses hands, however Dyl worked with him and managed his needs beautifully. Both doggos came home so content, so beautifully clean and just so happy. It was a breath of fresh air, being able to enjoy our holiday without having to worry about our pups 🐶 😊 ❤️ wish I could give more than 5 stars 🌟 "
