"I couldn’t be happier with the care my dogs received from Debbie. This was the second time we left our two dogs with her, and once again the experience was wonderful.
From the moment we met, it was clear that Debbie genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility very seriously. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to learn about my dogs’ routines, personalities, and any special needs. One of my boys can be a bit naughty and wasn’t behaving very well, but Debbie never made us feel stressed about it while we were away. When we returned, she mentioned it very casually — something only a true animal lover would do — even though I know he must have been quite a handful!
Thank you so much, Debbie and Tony, for taking such great care of our babies while we were away. A simple thank you doesn’t feel like enough for the peace of mind you gave us. It means so much to know they are in such caring and loving hands."

"Matt, Louise and their kids were absolutely amazing. They took great care of Chichu with lots of walks and visits to the parks. She always had company and seemed very comfortable. Chichu had her first heat during the stay and they went out of their way to accommodate her. Will absolutely book with them again. Highly recommended!"

"Joung and Kim were nothing but exceptional and we definitely recommend anyone who needs a dog sitter. Communication was quick and they were really accommodating due to one of our dogs having skin/itching issues which was not a problem.
They took great care of our two French bulldogs who can be a handful and we got them back with no issues!
I will definitely be sending our dogs to them for dog sitting/boarding in the future.

"Cici took care of our two cats for a month at her apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. From the very beginning, she showed genuine care and attention to their well-being, which was especially important as our cats were quite stressed when they arrived. Cici quickly made them feel at home, and it was clear they were happy and comfortable under her care.
She kept us updated with regular photos, which gave us peace of mind, and proactively notified us in advance when it was time to reorder food. Cici was also very attentive to our cats’ health, reaching out for information or our opinion whenever she noticed anything unusual. Her diligence and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated.

"Sue took great care of our dog Holly for a week. Holly came back to us calm and healthy and Sue was really conscientious in terms of asking for all the details of Holly's routine and medication. "Nacho loves Katrina! Ok, so I had never left my dog with people I didn’t know before, he’d only been looked after once by a friend for a weekend in his own home, so I was a little nervous about how he (or I!) would get on with it. We’d also been let down fairly last minute by the person who was supposed to look after him so it was a scramble to find someone we trusted to have him. Katrina put my mind at rest straight away, communication was brilliant from the start, the meet was well handled & he warmed to her straight away. We had daily updates and many many photos of what he’d been up to during our week away. He ate plenty which is big deal for him as when he gets anxious he stops eating and he made a couple of new friends, which was also huge as normally he’s nervous around other dogs.
Our flight was also delayed which meant we couldnt pick him up when we were supposed to and Katrina took it all in her stride and didnt add any more stress to the situation. When we got there he was having last minute cuddles and barely looked up when I walked in, which was really rude & he was in absolutely no rush to leave. So, I had a holiday with no worries about the dog & Nacho had a holiday he would gladly have never left! Would recommend & we’ll definitely be using Katrina again. "

"Jo looked after my two dogs for two weeks and took great care of them. They got to socialise with other dogs and her family which I know they loved. She also gave one of my dogs daily medication and applied cream as he developed a heat spot days before drop off. I was very worried as heat spots spread rapidly if not cared for. When I picked him up it was completely healed so I know Jo took great care of it. My dogs were definitely loved and treated well and I highly recommend her. "
