"We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our 6-month-old puppy, Poppy. Jay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring in every little detail.
From the moment we left Poppy with her, we felt completely at ease. Jay kept us updated every single day with photos and videos, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax knowing Poppy was happy and in such good hands. It was clear from the updates just how much love and attention Poppy was receiving.
Jay really took the time to understand Poppy’s needs and personality, and it showed. She made sure Poppy felt comfortable, settled, and well cared for, and even helped her build confidence around other dogs. It’s obvious that Jay doesn’t just “look after” pets—she truly cares for them as if they were her own.
We’re incredibly grateful for the level of care, warmth, and reassurance Jay provided. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Poppy with her again, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate.

"Aroshini and her daughter provide a lot of love and care to animal. Neo had plenty of exercise, country walks, playtime and lots of cuddles. Completely integrated in the household life, he was so happy that he didn't want to leave at the end! Aroshini was very accommodating with pick up and drop off times, and she kept us regularly updated with photos and videos. I'm definitely going to book Aroshini's services again. Thank you "

"Ashter has been the most amazing dog sitter, she took the most wonderful care of my Grandmother's dog whilst she went into a care home for respite care. The daily updates were wonderful for me to share with my family. The attention to detail and love she showed our dog was phenomenal, she went above and beyond, even taking the dog to the vet when necessary. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a dog sitter she could not have done anything better! Her love of animals is so clear, our dog, who is very wary of people usually for a long time fell instantly in love with her and had the most amazing time!"

"My dog starts wagging his tail with eagerness as he approaches Becca's door. The atmosphere in the house seems affectionate and interesting - with the bustling presence of Rufus, Becca's dog, and her small child, watching with interest at doggy action and chucking the odd ball. For a good-natured sheepdog, with a love of socalising and stimulation, this is heaven. And I love how Becca and her partner are very easy and good-natured and prompt with all communications. "

"Amy is a wonderful dog sitter! Our Irish Terrier Molly always has the best time at her house and loves all the play and cuddles she gets! Amy has been brilliant and so accomodating and flexible when we have had to move and change aspects of our booking due to health circumstances. we always feel reassured going away knowing that Molly is heading to Amy's, (especially with the cute picture updates that we recieved!) would recommend her services to anyone 🙂 thanks so much 🙏"

"Our dog had the most amazing boarding time!
Sophie replied patiently to all my messages, she was very helpful with the booking and kept us informed with messages and lots of photos throughout the day.
From the moment we met it was clear that they love dogs, her house is super pet friendly, with lots of dog toys and our dog was clearly delighted to be with them.
We are very happy to have found him such a good family for boarding and we are booking again with Sophie and her family for the summer. Thank you Sophie!"

"Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"We don't hesitate in giving Pri & Viggy a 5 star review every time. They have been taking care of our Black Lab, Maya, for the last two years, whilst we have been abroad on our annual holiday and also for days out when we could not have a dog with us. We are really grateful for the way Maya is cared for, and how excited she is when she goes back! She loves her time with them and the company of their own dog Maxi. They take the dogs on long rural walks where they can run around and enjoy the surroundings. We get regular updates and photos, which is very reassuring and gives us complete peace of mind. "

"Luka and his family are very pleasant and so easy to communicate with. He sent some lovely pictures of my dog during her stay, and she was very bubbly and happy. They were really careful about noting her food and medication needs and took really good care of her. I will definitely go to Luka again next time I’m away and would definitely recommend."

"I hadn't used Pawshake before but I couldn't be more impressed with the pet sitter I chose! Barbara was lovely from start to finish, she welcomed my rescue puppy into her home and made a genuine effort to get to know her and her needs. "I can happily recommend Samantha 100%. She is a great dog carer and has real empathy with dogs. She sent me photos daily which was very reassuring. Lucca was relaxed and happy all the time, and did not seem phased having been living in a different house for a few days.
