"Taneal was lovely to accept our booking last minute and took very good care of our little pooch, Milo. She was sending us photo updates regularly which put us at ease while on holiday and updating us on his eating and exercise habits while Milo was with her. When we got Milo back, he looked well groomed and genuinely happy. I would highly recommend Taneal's services as a responsible dog sitter who is very polite, professional and truly a dog lover. "Holly and her partner James were so great with my staffy Skye. From the get go Holly was really kind and quick with her replies. Their previous experience with dogs really helped. They understood Skye's needs and took care of all my requests. Someone was always there to take care of Skye and he got constant playtime and cuddles along with treats! They were very accommodating and understanding. She was very flexible with the timings as well. She gave regular updates which was also very reassuring. Skye had a great time and we would definitely book with Holly again! "

"Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"Zoranye was amazing with my staffy Skye. She gave him lots of attention and pets. Most importantly she took him on lots of walks per day which was really nice to see as she was dedicating so much of her time to it while also taking care of her own dog so I'm grateful. She made sure he had plenty of exercise, playtime and rest and she gave him his food on time along with snacks she provided herself. She gave me regular updates with videos and photos and my staffy looked very happy. Will definitely book again with her! "

"Words cannot describe highly enough of the service I received from Amber and Adam, a lovely young couple. Having booked with my usual dog carer well in advance for my trip in July, the dog carer informed few weeks before my departure that she is not able to look after my furries without any reasonable explanation. I was devastated!! Amber and Adam were my life savers who had the availability and they gladly accepted my request to look after my two furries. Though I live quite far away from this couple, they arranged a meet and greet and my first acquaintance with this couple was awesome!! No doubt the couple have the natural flair for looking after dogs. It was God's grace that I found the awesome couple at last for dog care. They updated me to confirm that the furries have settled down nicely. I found the couple very loving, understanding, flexible sweet tempered with lots of patience. Further during the process, they responded well to all my messages sent on Pawshake. They both are very dedicated to their job as dog carers which I strongly feel is very rare thing amongst dog carers. (Absolutely brilliant) The couple are a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! On my return when I went pick my furries it was a surprise to see both furries had settled down so well in their house.
I would always consider Amber and Adam for dog care unless they are not available. With no hesitation I can recommend this couple to anyone.

"We recently boarded our dog with Priya and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, Priya was profeassional and caring. She provided excellent care, ensuring our dog had plenty of walks and playtime. We appreciated the written contract, which outlined all the details clearly and gave us a piece of mind.
Before the boarding started, Priya arranged for us to meet the other dog that was staying with her to ensure that the dogs get along well. This thoughtful step showed her dedication to creating a safe and comfortable environment for all the dogs in her care. Thereafter, Priya sent us updates and photos twice a day, and made sure she followed our instructions and routine. This was all greatly appreciated.

"Our 5 month-old puppy had a fantastic two weeks at Catalina's. We met with Catalina beforehand at her house, she answered all our questions and was available afterwards in case we had any concerns. Catalina has been sending photos and videos of Olive during her stay. Catalina's dogs are so friendly, Olive got on very well with them and had the opportunity of enhancing her socialising skills. Catalina followed the set of instructions that we left with her. Catalina's family members have been lovely and caring with Olive too. She was a very happy puppy when we picked her up, we are very grateful to Catalina and her family including her dogs. We would definitely leave Olive again with Catalina again when needed. "

"Our dog Bucky stayed with Yelena and family over 3 days (2nights) and I would highly recommend them. We visited once before the stay and when I took him the second time he pulled me towards the door and was very happy to stay.
The whole family were involved with looking after him , made sure they knew his routines and needs and kept me up to date with photos and messages. I was able to enjoy the time away without any worries about his care.
On fetching him, we were treated to tea and cake and there was no pressure to fetch him by a certain time.
