I am happiest when out in nature with lovely dogs.I'm currently working part-time, so have plenty of time to give your pets lots of play and attention! I'm available weekdays and weekends, including overnight stays. Hi doggy parents! We are Irene and David, a couple on our 30's who absolutely love dogs! We have a little cavapoo called Mia. She's 10 months old and very friendly with people and other dogs.Our house is located close to Reading town center. It's a 2 bed house in which our sofa is their sofa. We have a decent size fenced garden where Mia loves to play, roll over and sunbathe. We live by the river and have a nice path where we go for walkies every day. We're also close to parks where dogs can play and run around.We have Mia since February but have plenty of experience with other dogs. Mia is Irene's 4th dog (always had family dogs since I can remember. We've had mix breed dogs and currently a very active border collie). David had a family dog when he was younger as well (a cute bichon frise), so Mia is his 2nd.We are the official pet-sitters for family and friends and we've taken care of their doggies several times for both, daycare and boarding, so lots of experience as we've had puppies, active dogs, slightly "troubled" dogs (a dog scared of pretty much everything as she's a rescued dog) and also older dogs that love to chill.What do we offer?I (Irene) work from home 3 days a week (flexible) so your dog will never be alone, I'll be with them all the time! Our day care would be 8hr (flexible hours) but if you need more we'll have a chat when needed :)We offer 2/3 walks a day (weather dependent): one in the morning (around 8:30am or 9am) for about 20/30 min, then a longer walk of 1hr on my lunch break (around 1pm) and then another one in the evening (around 5pm or 6pm) for 30min to 1hr. Lots of play and cuddles at home in between all that of course!We do different things on the weekends (going to the river, forest, picnics, etc) so we can always adapt to your dog's needs and include them in all plans if that's ok with you!We'd also love to teach them or practice tricks and skills, we do a bit of "training" every day!I can also do basic grooming (wash, brush and clean eyes and ears).Happy to send regular updates, pics and videos for you to know your dog is in good hands. Rest assured he/she will feel at home and will have all the love and affection they need &lt;3*IMPORTANT BITS*We only take fully vaccinated and NEUTERED dogs. Mia is also fully vaccinated but not spayed yet.We'd take SMALL and MEDIUM dogs ONLY and just one at a time (1 dog + ours) for now, so Mia doesn't feel overwhelmed or intimidated. The most important for us is that they feel comfortable and want to come back here. I have been an animal lover my whole life, growing up with dogs, cats and small animals including guinea pigs, rabbits and hamsters. I love walking my own dog, and have a flexible job (working from home Mon-Fri) which allows me the time to offer dog walking, pet sitting (in owners home) and pet visiting services.&nbsp;

· pet feeding services- I will only travel up to 1 mile from Wargrave.&nbsp;

I've always been passionate about dogs and grew up with a variety of breeds, including Spaniels, Pointers, and Rottweilers. Until recently, I shared my home with Paisley, my beloved Doberman, who was a joyful and gentle companion to many guest dogs. My partner and I both work from home in the heart of the house, so your dog will always have companionship and care throughout the day.We've both been raised with dogs, including larger breeds, and are well-versed in understanding the unique traits and needs of different dogs. Whether your pup is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, we'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home with us.

I work from home for part of the week, which means I can give plenty of time, attention and care to a furry guest. I genuinely enjoy having dogs around, and pet sitting is something I do with love, not just as a job.
My daughter absolutely adores dogs, and spending time with them brings her a lot of joy.&nbsp;
Unfortunately, at the moment, we are not able to have a second dog permanently, so welcoming a visiting dog into our home is a wonderful solution for us. Your pet will never feel alone here — there is always someone around for cuddles, playtime and calm companionship.
I currently have a small female griffon at home, so for everyone’s comfort and safety I prefer to take small or medium-small dogs. I have one Bernese mountain/ Labrador called Alfie who is almost 12 years old, two naughty little cats called Lily and Lola, a corn snake called Colin and a bearded dragon called mushu.
