"Matt, Louise and their kids were absolutely amazing. They took great care of Chichu with lots of walks and visits to the parks. She always had company and seemed very comfortable. Chichu had her first heat during the stay and they went out of their way to accommodate her. Will absolutely book with them again. Highly recommended!"

"I can’t thank Tamara enough for the wonderful care she gave my dog, Oscar. He is a 5-year-old, uncastrated working Labrador who weighs 40kg and pulls a lot on the lead — not always the easiest dog to manage. Tamara handled him with such confidence, patience, and kindness that I instantly felt reassured.
What impressed me most was the extra care she put into his routine. Oscar is on a special diet, and Tamara not only followed it exactly but even cooked his meals for him. That level of dedication and attention to detail made such a difference, and I could see how happy and comfortable Oscar was in her care.
She kept me updated regularly, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away, and it was clear that she treated Oscar as if he were her own. It’s rare to find someone you can truly trust with a big, strong dog like mine, but Tamara exceeded all expectations.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional dog boarding. Oscar will definitely be visiting her again! 🐾💛"

"Lisa Jane was a wonderful dog sitter! She was very communicative on watching Charlie, flexible with drop off and pick up time and sent me loads of pictures and updates on Charlie while I was gone so I knew how he was doing. Charlie had a wonderful time and runs to Lisa because he has found a new friend ❤️ so glad I found a sitter who can trust without worry to watch my pup while I’m away. "I cannot recommend Prakhar and Akansha highly enough. They were absolutely wonderful. I took Benji (our little shizhou-chihuahua mix) for a visit pre-booking a couple of months before Benji stayed with them for 36 nights after Christmas. Benji was immediately happy and content with Akansha and Prakhar. Both of them clearly love dogs. During his stay, they regularly sent me little updates and pictures. He clearly had a great time and I never worried about his safety or happiness. If we have to be gone again they would be my first choice pet sitters."

"Cici took care of our two cats for a month at her apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. From the very beginning, she showed genuine care and attention to their well-being, which was especially important as our cats were quite stressed when they arrived. Cici quickly made them feel at home, and it was clear they were happy and comfortable under her care.
She kept us updated with regular photos, which gave us peace of mind, and proactively notified us in advance when it was time to reorder food. Cici was also very attentive to our cats’ health, reaching out for information or our opinion whenever she noticed anything unusual. Her diligence and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated.

"Hello! Our dog sitter had a huge change of plans literally the day before we were due to travel to Italy for a wedding. Not knowing what to do, I played about with this app for the first time. It was like the angels were singing, and up stepped Tom and Lidi. Whilst I had reservations about using this app at first, they were quickly quashed. Tom was super responsive, asked smart questions, and we were quickly able to reach an amicable agreement. Our dog Ruby took a night or so to settle, but from there on in she found a great second home. Regular communication (but not too often) and some pictures of Ruby having fun with other remarkably similar Ruby-alike hounds put our minds’ at rest, and we were able to enjoy our time away. Ruby had a great time. So thanks again Tom and Lidi, we’ll be back…Noel, Elliott, Rachel, Ruby and Daisy (the NERDs) x "
