"Superb. Hannah looked after our Labradoodle 'B' as if he were her own. She quickly put our minds at ease leaving B while we went on vacation and knowing she really cared for him and was eager to help train out some of the bad habits he had developed during lockdown - and with success! She sent pictures and updates daily, she took him to the groomer for us and they went on walks to new areas, ensuring he was kept busy and exercised. "I genuinely couldn't have felt more comfortable with Emma taking care of my blind cat Freya staying in my home while I was away for a couple of nights.
