"Fran was fantastic! Communication was great. She was keen to get to know what my boys were like and their routine. The house was taken very good care of and probably cleaner than when I left it! When I returned my cats were content and I could tell they’d taken care of very well🥰. Thank you! "

"Bill and Natalie were great dog and house sitters for our Golden Retriever and Cavapoo. Good at communication and taking care of the dogs. Both dogs seemed happy and chilled on our return. Would recommend. "

"James took great care of our 2 dogs and our cat while we were away and we are very grateful. We have an older anxious dog, a puppy and an older cat that needs daily medication so knowing that they were being taken care of at home gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our holiday. James was easy to reach and kept us updated. Thank you 🙂"

"I have a very anxious dog ( Elsie) & wanted her looked after by lovely people. Seb & Josie were the perfect choice. We had a very early morning flight, plus a delay coming home…. Nothing was too much trouble. They are kind, considerate, caring animal lovers. I will definitely ask them to care for Elsie again. I can not recommend them highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I couldn’t be happier with Helen’s care - she truly deserves 5 stars. From the start, she went above and beyond by coming to meet my cats beforehand, and they took to her immediately, which gave me great peace of mind. During her stay, she looked after both my cats and my home with exceptional care. She sent regular updates every morning and evening, complete with photos and detailed information, which made it so easy to relax while I was away. When I returned, the house was absolutely immaculate, and my cats were happy and well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Helen again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and professional cat sitter. Helen is also a really lovely person and so easy to get along with so if you're considering booking with her - go for it. "

"I can’t recommend Kristen highly enough! From the very first meeting, she put my mind completely at ease. She is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and clearly has a natural way with dogs. Honey and Bella warmed to her instantly, which meant so much to me. While I was away, Kristen went above and beyond to keep me updated, sending regular messages and photos throughout the day. It was so comforting to see how happy, relaxed, and well cared for they were, it really allowed me to switch off and enjoy my time away. She also took exceptional care of my home. It was absolutely spotless when I returned, and you genuinely wouldn’t have known someone had been staying there for two weeks. Kristen is everything you could hope for in a dog sitter and more. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book her again - I know Honey and Bella will be over the moon to see her again! "

"Thank you so much for looking after my gang while I was away for the weekend. You arrived early so we could do a walk together. I came home to three very happy dogs and a tidy home. It was clear they had been well looked after and were happy and settled. I really appreciated the care and attention you gave them including administering medication and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you!"

"Riz looked after my clowder for 5 days while I was away. It can be a bit complicated with feeding (especially with my ex-strays who are very food motivated), and my old boy with meds. Riz was fantastic and handled it all really well. I felt reassured that my cats were in safe and loving hands while I was away. Getting the updates was a highlight of every day. My cats had the best staycation! I hope we will see Riz again soon. "

Pawshake also offers house sitting in

Why house sitting ?

Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Bolton home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Bolton.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Bolton home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Pet owners book house sitting in Bolton on Pawshake. Over 811 pet owners in Bolton have left a review, with an average of 4.97/5. All paid safely using Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
