"Zoe was an incredible sitter for our little pack of animals. From initial communication she was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We have two Frenchies and she knew exactly how to care for them due to her previous experience.
She was fantastic with both our elder dog and our very enthusiastic young dog.

"From the outset Keri has been responsive and easy to communicate with, patient with us while we had to reschedule the pre-booking meeting. We had Keri to cat sit in our home for 2 nights/3 days as our cats don’t take well to the cattery environment. It made such a difference to us to be able to leave them in their home and we are really happy with how Keri has cared for them and our home. We would recommend Keri without hesitation. Thank you!"

"Cat was excellent looking after my two dogs for a week in my home. Her calm and caring manner took the worry away I had about leaving them, especially as Holly is totally blind and diabetic needing insulin injections twice a day. I found her totally reliable in my home and most of all the dogs were happy in their usual surroundings. I would certainly recommend her to anyone. "

"Zainab was an absolute godsend when it came to looking after Gucci. She was highly professional, maintained consistent communication, and provided frequent updates through photos, videos, and even video calls — all of which gave me tremendous peace of mind. She cared for Gucci with genuine attention and thoughtfulness, showing initiative by proactively adjusting her routine, such as mealtimes, whenever necessary. "Tsvetelina stayed at my house for 6 nights to look after my two elderly Jack Russell’s while I was away. She did a great job taking care of them and seeing to their needs as well as giving them lots of love, attention and play time, meaning I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing they were well looked after. She gave regular updates & photos of them, and they looked very happy and clearly enjoyed their time with her. She also administered daily medication as my one dog has Cushing’s disease and ensured a good daily routine with them.
My house was clean and tidy on my return, and she had watered my garden pots & house plants as well.
I can’t thank Tsvetelina enough and I will (and have) booked her again, very reliable, trustworthy, conscientious and caring. Thank you so so much Tsvetelina ❤️"
