"Simon is fabulous, he took great care of our six dogs and our home. When we came back the house was spotless. And more importantly, he followed all of our instructions including watching our dogs eat to make sure they didn’t choke and keeping the house safe with the alarm system and he also walked two dogs a day separately as requested to ensure their safety around off lead big dogs and other unexpected things. He updated us often (every day which was very appreciated) and was always to the point and clear and reassuring which was appreciated during our busy holidays. Simon’s attention to detail is brilliant and, saying this as someone who used to be an experienced pet sitter myself, you will struggle to find someone as good as him! "

"Katie & Liv have walked Roly a few times and they've always been really accommodating, communicative, and reliable - but more so than that, I've always felt genuine excitement to see Roly. I knew he would be in safe hands if they came to sit - and so I booked a week in with them whilst I went abroad. They have been brilliant. They didn't judge the massive note I left, and took it all in - messaging with any questions. They followed his routine carefully. They were in contact several times a day every day with photos and updates. It meant that I could totally relax and enjoy my holiday, knowing exactly what was going on & that he was being cared for. When he was off his breakfast (as he sometimes is), they were in touch to let me know, but knew exactly what to do (because they'd studied the note!). Liv & Katie have really grown to love Roly, and that means a lot to me. They're already booked in for more walks and sits with him - and I will absolutely be continuing the relationship with them. The icing on the cake is that Katie loves to clean and so I came back to a house cleaner than I left it 😂 thanks, superstars! "

"I contacted Vanessa after carefully reading a handful of profiles - she seemed like a really good fit for my needs. Vanessa visited us once before we booked to make sure it was a good fit for all (she was staying in my house for the 8 days we would be away) and I just got a warm feeling straight away. She’s very experienced with cats and very nuanced to their behaviours and personalities. Even the first visit was exceptional with my timid little girl going straight over to Vanessa for a stroke - never happens! After the first visit I booked Vanessa and she came to see us again a week before hols to get house keys and just run through a few things. Vanessa is a vegetarian so I bought some food for her to make sure she had enough for at least a few days (plus a few little thank you gifts and treats).
During the holiday, I got plenty of updates and photos which was really reassuring as I have 3 cats with totally different needs. My youngest was recovering from a nasty bite and needed watching closely (discharged by vet but wound still healing) - he also has separation anxiety and needs quite a lot of attention. My oldest is partially deaf and blind and needs help sometimes when it’s food time. My middle cat is a total outdoors girl - so it can be hard to keep track of her just to make sure she’s still around and ok.
Vanessa did a fabulous job. My cats really took to her which is such a relief (I know how picky they can be). They had lots of play and were fed,watered and cuddled lots ❤️My youngest took a real shine to her and of the 3 he’s the least likely to attach himself to anyone else.
Vanessa is a confident cat carer and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again or recommend her. She even stayed calm in the first few days when the front door lock broke and we worked out a solution. My house was lovely and tidy when I got home too.
Vanessa is just a lovely person, warm, genuine and a genuine cat lover. What more could you ask for? Thanks again Vanessa from Sarah, Custard, Crumble and Milo. "

"This was our first time using a pet sitter (ever!). It was great for us and our furs to be able to meet Lou beforehand. loads of appropriate questions were asked to make sure the needs of all our furs would be met. Whilst away, Lou sent plenty of pictures and videos every day along with updates, which really put us at ease, and we could see how happy and comfortable they all were in Lou's company. This was ever more important as all are rescues and one of our rescue dogs is particularly nervous (although has made great improvements with us) with strangers- we could see her happy wagging tail in the videos which really made our day! we will 100% be booking Lou again, its really taken the stress of having to organise babysitting with family/friends etc away! Thank you so much again Lou! 🌟"

"Evie and her partner were wonderful sitters. We were worried about leaving Lilly our anxious labrador on her own for the first time but needn't have been. Evie played with her, took her out for walks and even on a little trip to a local nature park. When we had to come home early in the middle of the night, Evie very kindly waited up for us and made sure Lilly was ok before saying goodbye. A very tired and happy labrador has tobe the perfect sign of a good sitting."
