"I cannot express my gratitude enough to Oksana and her husband Andrew for the exceptional care they provided to my beloved Sophie during my recent travels. Leaving your fur baby behind is never an easy task, but Oksana's presence brought me immense comfort and reassurance from the moment we met. Oksana went above and beyond to ensure Sophie felt loved, pampered, and completely at ease in her absence. From the first day, Oksana shared regular updates, including delightful videos and adorable pictures of Sophie enjoying her time with them. It was heart-warming to see the genuine joy and affection Oksana bestowed upon my precious Pomeranian. Sophie was truly spoiled during her stay with Oksana and Andrew.

"Sasha was an amazing house/pet sitter when I went away recently. She took care of my girls so well. They both warmed to her straight away. "Sam recently sat for my two scotties whilst we went away for 10 days. We couldn’t have hoped for a nicer person to care for them. She came and met them ( and me) a week or so before the sit and right away she had a great rapport with them,they immediately relaxed with her and I felt confident that they would be well looked after.
This was definitely the case.We returned last night to two very happy chilled dogs and a lovely clean house!

"Ruth provided an excellent cat sitting/house sitting service while I was on holiday for three weeks. I was worried about leaving my cat for so long but I shouldn't have been. Ruth proved herself to be a safe pair of hands. She looked after my cat and my home as per my instructions and sent regular updates and pictures to me while I was away. My cat was happy and healthy upon my return, and my house was tidy and well maintained. Ruth is kind, conscientious and a great communicator. I can happily recommend her, and I would re-book with her in a heartbeat. "

"We booked Leyla to take care of our two cats for two weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From day one, she provided daily updates with both pictures and videos, showing her playing with them, giving them treats, and showering them with a whole lot of love and care. It was clear that she wasn’t just looking after them and that she was really making the effort to bond with them.
Seeing how comfortable and happy our cats were in her care was a huge relief for us. It allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation without any worries, knowing they were in such good hands.

"From the outset, it was clear that Steve was devoted to the care of dogs. His own, and the care of mine. The meet and greet, he delivered information to substantiate his profile representations without hesitation and gave examples of his experiences with training difficult/needy dogs and situations.
The walk with all our dogs was fun and very safe. I knew at this point, my dogs would be in very capable hands. Our youngest dog has some territorial issues, this did not phase Steve at all, and he was completely aware of the causes and gave recognised advice (as per my training knowledge) on how to deal with the issues. Whilst on holiday, he updated us regularly and additionally handed over the care of the 3 dogs and cat to my mother. My mother said Steve was extremely accommodating. Arriving as soon as she rang him and offering to accompany her on some walks.
My dogs and myself have been on a couple more walks with both Steve, his wife and my partner. It is clear to see, that all the dogs enjoy being in his company. Moreover, little details, such as information on low fat treats are evident in his care of my dogs and their health needs.
I would definitely ask Steve to house sit again. I would have no reservations in recommending his services, especially if you need help with delicate situations or specialist care of a territorial dog."

"Thank you for the cat and the house! Andrii looked after my cat Polina as if she were his own.
Andrii is very responsible, loving and caring. You can trust him.
Previously, Andrii looked after our Labrador and our neighbors' French bulldog. So I trusted him with my little cat and house without a doubt. The house was also in perfect order. Andrii watered the flowers, accepted the mail, took out the trash.
I would recommend Andrii to anyone who needs a caring and responsible nanny for their furry pets.

"Where do I begin… Farhana is AMAZING. We were so nervous to have a brand new sitter come and stay at our house for 2 weeks but we are beyond thrilled to have found Farhana and any doubts we may have had were erased so quickly. We have a big Doberman who can be intimidating to people at first but is in fact a complete love bug and a kitten. Farhana sent us photos and videos of them every day all snuggled up with her and just knowing they fell in love with her and were being safe and cuddled made us SO happy and reassured. Not only could we tell how much our paw babies loved her but she is beyond professional. We have had extremely expensive “dog trainers” who house sat for us and let me tell you, Farhana exceeded them in every single way. I am yet to meet another sitter in the Berkshire area who is as professional, calm, prompt, communicative, positive and respectful as Farhana. On top of our four paws being loved our home was so looked after, we came home to a beautiful, freshly cleaned house that looked even better than when we left! Farhana went above and beyond in every way.
Obie and Tux could not have been happier than they were with her and the house looked amazing upon our return. We had constant contact and reassurance and knew that Farhana really cared. She picked up on their personality quirks almost instantly which showed how in tune with them she was. She took Obie on great walks and gave her the exposure she needed, yet she took no risks and kept them safe whilst also relaxing with them and spoiling them. This is very rare. If you are questioning hiring her - don’t. Thank you Farhana for everything."

"Elliot was a great cat sitter, able to confirm early and house sit for our two cats while we were away.
Our house was well looked after, as we’re both cats.
He sent regular updates, dealt with a few surprise mouse deliveries and our supporter our technology addiction (digital cat flaps and feeders) very well.

"Valeria looked after our dog and cat for a long weekend and we found her to be extremely caring and attentive to both our animals especially our dog who can be a little tricky! From our first meeting she gave us complete confidence that the animals would be well looked after and kept to their usual routine. Throughout the weekend Valeria sent us photos, videos and updates which was very reassuring. Valeria is kind, caring and completely trustworthy. When we arrived home it was clear that the animals were very content, not stressed, and had obviously enjoyed Valeria's company. She left the house in immaculate condition which was a lovely bonus! I would not hesitate to ask Valeria another time and I could not recommend her more highly. "

"We cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He looked after our pets (cat & dog) exceptionally well during our week away. He provided daily updates, photos and video clips as to how they were getting on; it was very reassuring to get the updates and see how content and well looked after they were. I’d left pages of instructions and Rich followed them to the letter! Rich dealt amazingly well with our fiesty rescue cat George, administering meds and cleaning up vomit. And he showed such kindness and sensitivity to our rescue dog who can still sometimes find new situations a bit overwhelming. Rich was very professional and flexible - our flight out was cancelled (so plans needed to be rescheduled) and we were slightly delayed coming back. We came home to two very happy pets, a clean and tidy house and Rich had even got us in some bread, milk & eggs in case we got back late. So thoughtful & very much appreciated. Rich went above and beyond, in not only caring for our pets, but making sure we were well informed, reassured and, once we got home, well fed! Thank you."
