"Isabelle looked after our working springer spaniel Pepper for 2 weeks while we went away. She was fantastic and it was so clear how much she & her boyfriend cared for her. She sent regular updates of Pepper including pictures from walks and having cuddles and was quick to communicate with us when Pepper was a little unwell and cared for her until she was better again. "I genuinely couldn't have felt more comfortable with Emma taking care of my blind cat Freya staying in my home while I was away for a couple of nights. Freya immediately took to Emma when they first met, and I was satisfied & impressed with the level of care she displayed when discussing Freya's routines, likes, dislikes etc. I came home to a very happy cat and was pleased with the level of communication during Emma's stay. "Federica was wonderful! I have never had a pet sitter before so I was beyond anxious since the start. I was going to be away for four nights, and being my cat is a lockdown kitten, he has never had other human interaction asides myself and the vets. He’s also always been a bit sickish and despite being pure energy so he also needs to take medication, which also added to my stress of leaving him. But things went fabulous; she stayed overnight with my cat and he absolutely adored her, communication was great, she could give him his medication no bother and it was overall a huge positive experience. I don’t have family in this country so I don’t really have people to rely on with pet care, and seeing how lovely she was with my cat gave me a lot of peace of mind when leaving. I’m glad I met Federica because I’ll definitely be asking her back when Covid allows me to go somewhere. I cannot recommend highly enough."
