"Julia is the most incredible dog sitter. She is attentive, kind, and very thoughtful. Our 2-year old dog Watson had the best couple of days with her, and we received daily updates with photos/videos of him. Our house was immaculate when we got back. "Honestly, Fiona is AMAZING. She went above and beyond for me and my cat Missy. It's the first time I left Missy with anyone she hasn't met before and my Mum let Fiona in and said Missy let her pet her straight away (which is a miracle in itself!). Fiona's communication was incredible; we Watsaap videoed straight away and she came and stayed at my home the next day. She sent lots of pictures of them snuggled up together with Missy looking so happy, and it made my holiday complete knowing how safe Missy was with Fiona. In addition she left my house absolutely spotless! 11/10 all round. I would recommend Fiona to anyone, and I will definitely be contacting Fiona in the future, she is such a wonderful person, and I am absolutely astonished how quickly Missy loved her too. Missy was so calm and happy when we returned which was a miracle. "Superb. Hannah looked after our Labradoodle 'B' as if he were her own. She quickly put our minds at ease leaving B while we went on vacation and knowing she really cared for him and was eager to help train out some of the bad habits he had developed during lockdown - and with success! She sent pictures and updates daily, she took him to the groomer for us and they went on walks to new areas, ensuring he was kept busy and exercised. "We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care our dog received! Our dog has a back issue, which means caring for her isn’t always straightforward, she needs gentle handling, a calm environment, and someone who’s really attentive. From the moment we met Ana, she was absolutely lovely and immediately put us at ease. She handled everything with such confidence, kindness, and genuine care. It was clear she not only listened carefully to our instructions, but also instinctively knew how to keep our dog comfortable and happy. We came home to a relaxed, well-cared-for doggie. She kept us constantly updated while we were away which was a massive help. It’s not easy to find someone you trust with a pet who requires a little extra attention, but she truly went above and beyond. We would absolutely book her again without hesitation. "It was great to have Eylül looking after our cat Mochi over Christmas. She was really good at communication before the booking and kept me updated during her time sitting as well, sending pictures and videos. I think she has a good understanding of cats and their behaviours and that helps a lot, especially with Mochi who is quite energetic and demanding. The flat was tidy and Mochi seemed content when we arrived, making us also very happy with Eylul's service. I will totally choose her again in the future to look after our cat."
