"It has been a great experience having Hayley looking after my baby Lucie. This has been the first time that my partner and I had a peaceful holiday without worrying about Lucie. Hayley stayed in our home with our Lucie for a week. Not only she looked after my pooch, Hayley also looked after our home. I am so delighted to have used this service and found Hayley, a reliable and trust worthy “dog whisperer”. My partner and I will always be at ease and greatful for Hayley. My only worry is that Hayley will always be fully booked because she is outstanding with her passion looking after our pets as if it’s her own. I would highly recommend Hayley! She is honest, trust worthy, good communicator and most importantly, always does the extra mile looking after your pet and your home. "Amber took fantastic care of Skye, and it was especially telling that it's been bonfire week but our anxious dog was very settled with her - even having her out for a walk with no problems! She left our house tidy, and was great at communicating updates as we wished. Would absolutely book Amber again to take care of Skye. 10/10 "

"We had a wonderful experience with Elin and couldn’t be happier with the care our two dogs received. From start to finish, communication was excellent and we received helpful updates throughout the day along with the cutest photos, which really put our minds at ease while we were away. It was clear our dogs were happy, relaxed, and well cared for during the stay. Our home was also treated with great respect and left exactly as we had left it, which we truly appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Elin & this service again and already look forward to booking in the future, knowing our dogs were content, comfortable, and in such good hands. Highly recommended!"

"I often struggle with writing reviews, but I was absolutely delighted to be able to leave one for Fanni. Fanni was absolutely wonderful with my two (and a half) cats. We were gone for a week, and Fanni worked with our schedule, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our cats have a flexible routine, and she kept them on it, which is very important. She gave our older cat her medication, and played with our younger skittish cat. Fanni's communication skills are excellent, and our cats just loved her. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Fanni! "

"I can’t thank Emily enough for the amazing job she did looking after my four cats while I was away on holiday. After being let down at short notice by a family member she dropped everything to come and stay at my home for 8 days – which was such a relief. Emily was absolutely fantastic – so kind, caring and genuinely loving towards my cats. She kept me updated every single day with photos and texts which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was clear from the updates how happy and relaxed the cats were with her. I’m so grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emily to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and truly caring pet sitter.
