"Zoe did a super job of looking after our cat.. our cat was very unsure of a stranger in the house and this did make things tricky. She wouldn’t come in one evening and Zoe did all she could to support us in getting her back in. Unfortunately our cat really didn’t take to having a cat sitter staying in the house so Zoe ended up coming in to feed am/pm for the remainder of the time and this worked out just fine, Zoe did an awesome job in a very difficult situation and we were very grateful for the constant comms and updates. We would happily use Zoe again for feeding our cat. "

"From the outset, it was clear that Steve was devoted to the care of dogs. His own, and the care of mine. The meet and greet, he delivered information to substantiate his profile representations without hesitation and gave examples of his experiences with training difficult/needy dogs and situations.
The walk with all our dogs was fun and very safe. I knew at this point, my dogs would be in very capable hands. Our youngest dog has some territorial issues, this did not phase Steve at all, and he was completely aware of the causes and gave recognised advice (as per my training knowledge) on how to deal with the issues. Whilst on holiday, he updated us regularly and additionally handed over the care of the 3 dogs and cat to my mother. My mother said Steve was extremely accommodating. Arriving as soon as she rang him and offering to accompany her on some walks.
My dogs and myself have been on a couple more walks with both Steve, his wife and my partner. It is clear to see, that all the dogs enjoy being in his company. Moreover, little details, such as information on low fat treats are evident in his care of my dogs and their health needs.
I would definitely ask Steve to house sit again. I would have no reservations in recommending his services, especially if you need help with delicate situations or specialist care of a territorial dog."

"Alice looked after my two dogs at my house for 19 nights while I went on holiday. I was very nervous about leaving them because I haven’t done so before and they can be quite nervous as they are both rescued dogs.
They can also be reactive to other dogs when out walking and I was concerned about someone else coping with this.
Alice was great. She sent me messages and photos to let me know that everything was okay.
When I got home my dogs were happy and healthy and had clearly been well cared for.
Alice left the house clean and tidy.
I won’t hesitate to book Alice again if I need a dog/house sitter in the future."

"Angela and Dave gave our boy Cosmo amazing care. He had an injury (thereby having stitches/cone) only a few days before our 5 day trip. This necessitated additional care requirements, but they were very understanding about it and were amazing support. They were very communicative throughout their sit and were amazing overall."

"Where do I begin… Farhana is AMAZING. We were so nervous to have a brand new sitter come and stay at our house for 2 weeks but we are beyond thrilled to have found Farhana and any doubts we may have had were erased so quickly. We have a big Doberman who can be intimidating to people at first but is in fact a complete love bug and a kitten. Farhana sent us photos and videos of them every day all snuggled up with her and just knowing they fell in love with her and were being safe and cuddled made us SO happy and reassured. Not only could we tell how much our paw babies loved her but she is beyond professional. We have had extremely expensive “dog trainers” who house sat for us and let me tell you, Farhana exceeded them in every single way. I am yet to meet another sitter in the Berkshire area who is as professional, calm, prompt, communicative, positive and respectful as Farhana. On top of our four paws being loved our home was so looked after, we came home to a beautiful, freshly cleaned house that looked even better than when we left! Farhana went above and beyond in every way.
Obie and Tux could not have been happier than they were with her and the house looked amazing upon our return. We had constant contact and reassurance and knew that Farhana really cared. She picked up on their personality quirks almost instantly which showed how in tune with them she was. She took Obie on great walks and gave her the exposure she needed, yet she took no risks and kept them safe whilst also relaxing with them and spoiling them. This is very rare. If you are questioning hiring her - don’t. Thank you Farhana for everything."

"Harry and Vinnie were fantastic sitters. They really made an effort to get to know what the dogs needed and liked and I felt the dogs were really looked after as opposed to just ‘sat’. They came over before to meet us and kept in touch during the sit, even dealing with a house issue with no fuss. And they left everything spotless. I would highly recommend them!"

We were very lucky to book Fiona to stay at our house and look after our 9 year old cat Willow, whilst our family were away for 2 weeks recently.
Fiona is a thoroughly lovely, friendly and kind lady who absolutely adores animals. When Fiona visited us to meet Willow before we went away, she asked lots of questions about Willow, her routines, her likes and dislikes, so she could look after her as we do.
She took amazing care of Willow, not only doing the basic duties of feeding , litter duty and daily brushing, etc, Fiona gave Willow so much attention, playing with her and sitting with Willow in the garden when Willow wanted to be outdoors…. You could not get better care for your pet…
During our time away, Fiona messaged daily giving updates and sending through pictures and videos reassuring us that Willow was settled and ok. Willow instantly bonded with Fiona and was completely happy and content the whole time we were away. We came home to a very happy cat.
Fiona was also very respectful to our home and it was immaculately clean on our return.
I highly recommend Fiona and would instantly book her again when we go away on holiday. I am also happy to supply a reference to anyone who is considering booking Fiona to care for their pet in the future.

"Ingrid and Tonia house sat whilst we went abroad for a week, looking after our 15 week old puppy and cat excellently. Our puppy was unfortunately poorly whilst we were away and Tonia was wonderful with her; adjusting her food/routine accordingly until she was better. They sent us daily photos and updates on both pets, keeping us reassured the pets were happy and safe. "Jess was looking after Ollie for 10 days whilst we were on holiday. Ollie is a dog reactive rescue, so it’s challenging to take care of him. I cannot praise Jess enough, she has been amazing! I received pictures and updates of Ollie every day and I am sure he was entertained and kept busy as when we got home he was nice and calm. I could straight away walk with him and didn’t lose his focus. Jess really knows what she is doing, and she follows the dogs schedule. Our house has been looked after as well! 😊"

"Having had huge reservations about hiring house/pet sitters for the first time I was immediately reassured by Zsuzsa and Clive.
