"Lindsay delivered exceptional end-to-end support! Due to some unexpected changes in our household, we needed a pet sitter on short notice. To my delight Lindsay responded quickly to my request to look after our elderly dog and two cats whilst my husband and I were travelling. Once everything was organised, she came by for an in person visit to meet our fur babies and get oriented with the home setup.
Throughout the sit, her comms was exactly what we needed, consistent check-ins, proactive questions, and real-time updates. She even helped us on several occasions to coordinate deliveries with both us and our neighbors, which was a huge value-add.
We returned to a clean, well-maintained home and three very content pets - honestly, they seemed slightly let down that we were back and she wasn’t. We’ll absolutely be partnering with Lindsay again for future sits. Thank you Lindsay!"

"Bella was incredibly caring towards our three dogs and gave a lot of updates throughout the day which made us feel extremely safe. We came home to our dogs extremely happy and they felt incredibly safe with her and displayed less initial anxiety when we were away compared to friends and family we had left them with prior. She is keenly aware of our three dog's different personalities and needs and made sure they felt taken care of. Our dogs are seniors and we had not traveled as a family since the pandemic, so we were quite unsure how they would react, but Bella made it as seamless and comfortable for them as possible. I am extremely happy with trusting Bella with the well being of our three dogs. "

"Julie looked after our two cats for a week and we couldn’t have had a better experience! From the initial contact we knew we were in good hands; excellent communication, knowledgable and honest. Julie took such good care of our cats and house and provided regular updates and photo’s. One of our cats is very anxious around strangers but Julie made extra effort with him and managed to make him comfortable, she is now one of only a few people he will purr and lounge with! 10/10 recommend Julie a wonderful cat sitter! "Sanika stayed overnight at our house to look after our cat while we were on holiday. He’s a spoiled indoor/outdoor cat that is very used to us catering to his every need.
He has a tendency to be scared of new people and will run and hide but he took an instant liking to Sanika and approached her straight away when she came for the meet and greet. Sanika understood how important it was to us that our cat was taken care of like we were still there. The thought of him being distressed is enough to ruin a holiday.
You really have to trust a person to give them access to your home and my partner particularly can be sceptical about letting people have access to our house but he also took an instant liking to Sanika. She is very friendly, thoughtful and courteous.
While we were away, Sanika gave daily updates and took photos of our cat at various points throughout the day and made up funny little stories about what he had been up to. Our cat looked happy, relaxed and content in all of the photos and we could tell he was very comfortable. I sent war and peace on our home and how to look after our cat and it didn’t put her off at all.
Sanika left our house spotless as if no one had been there all week! If we had not had the evidence of a full days worth of pictures every day, I might have wondered if she actually stayed!
I couldn’t rate Sanika highly enough and we will think of her when we next go away. "
