Murphy

Murphy is a black Labrador who loves to be fussed.

Murphy is adorable off the lead. However he will pull on. He learns daily, by the end of his walk, how not to pull, but forgets overnight and you have to teach him again the next day. Alternatively (if there are no roads) don't put one on! If you keep talking to him he will walk right by your side! The command we use is "With me!"

Murphy LOVES a ball! But, he will drop it if you ask him to.

Murphy recalls to a whistle and to food be careful that you don't lose your fingers say "Nicely" firmly as you offer him anything., but use his name (mostly).

Although still entire Murphy has NEVER shown ANY aggression towards other dogs. He has only mounted a couple of females but has got off when told.

Murphy likes socks, slippers, plastic bottles and above all BALLS. He doesn't chew them in the house he will just carry them around in his mouth.

Murphy has been known to steal food from someone's picnic and a loaf of bread from the worksurface!
