Im a 24 year old animal lover who wishes to pursue a career in the Animal Care industry. I love all animals and am confident around all species and breeds. I have successfully completed a Certificate II and Certificate III in Animal Studies at TAFE NSW (Australia). In these two courses I have learnt animal diet and nutrition, behaviour, enrichment and first aid among many other topics. As a result of my studies I am a qualified animal attendant.
I have 6 months professional experience working as a volunteer animal attendant at the RSPCA back home in Australia. I really enjoyed my time working there as I had the opportunity to care for many different animals and breeds from all different backgrounds. Here I learnt to be adaptable in my approach to animals and to always be considerate of each individual animal’s personality, quirks, behaviour and comfort levels.
I moved to the UK in February 2019 and have been house&pet-sitting for the last 6months whilst I travel around. I have built up a really positive reputation for myself with 100% 5star ratings from my clients.
I am a responsible and reliable and would love to help you out in caring for your pets while you are away. I can guarantee I will treat your pets with the same love and care I would for my own. My Motivation I have always had a love for animals since a young age. I would love to be working in the animal care industry as this is my passion.
My Pets include: a toy poodle named Sacha, a cockatoo named Casey and 3 DSH cats named Tinkerbell, Oliver and Murphy. However I have also cared for a variety of different pets over the years including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, mice, and fish.
Pet-sitting - £15 for one visit during the day £25 for 2 visits during the day £25 per night

I will ensure your dog gets their daily exercise needs by taking your dog for a walk or run (for high energy dogs), go to the dog park or beach if you live close to one, have lots of play time with them, feed and water and return them home. Please note: I have my full license and drive my own reliable car.
Other skill & attributes: I know basic first aid for animals should any minor emergency arise. I am confident administering any topical or oral medications for your pet should you require this service from me.
My first time booking Bridget. She arrived on time for our meet and greet and my normally shy boy cat immediately took to her. She attended at the time I requested every day and sent pics and videos. The cats clearly liked her and she was lovely to deal with. Would be happy to book her again and I recommend her. She’s obviously a pet person :-)
I recommend Bridget without reservation. She was entrusted to care for our two large dogs whilst we were away. She well exceeded our expectations, and she did so whilst being inconvenienced as she was juggling commitments. The dogs and house were cared for and commitments met & exceeded. We were immediately relieved of any anxiety by her actions and diligence. She managed our dog's temperament and regularly communicated with us with updates and photos. I found Bridget to be responsible and caring, with our dogs taking an immediate liking to her. We will be hoping to book her again in the near future and wish her well. Happy to provide a further reference if required.
