Hi! I'm Hollie, a 25 year-old primary school teacher. I currently still live at home with my Dad in the lovely village of Alrewas, and we have a 1 year old miniature schnauzer called Douglas! I have 5 years of house and pet sitting experience both on Pawshake and for family / friends. I am DBS checked, have private insurance for pet sitting and dog walking, and can provide these along with references all before you make a booking. I have always grown up around animals and will go the extra mile to tailor my services to the needs of your furry friends!

I am currently on sabbatical from my full time job as a teacher, having been travelling around South East Asia for 8 months. Since returning to the UK in May, I have begun supply teaching a few days a week, in addition to taking on more business with pet sitting. My main hobbies are reading, walking, listening to music, playing the piano and travelling the world!

Availability - please read!

I am available both in the week and weekends for overnight stays, all year round.

During term time, I am available on evenings and weekends for house visits and dog walks.

During school holidays, I am also available during the day for house visits and dog walks. Please see the school holiday dates below.

Please note, supply teaching is unpredictable. During term time, I am not guaranteed to be available during the day to look after dogs. When booking an overnight stay for dogs which is during the week and in term time, alternative arrangements should be made with either a dog walker/family/friend/neighbour if you require dog walking or drop in visits between the hours of 8am-4pm.

Details for overnight bookings:

Overnight stays begin at 4pm on the first day of the sit and end at 11am on the final day of the sit. If care is needed earlier on the first day, or later on the final day, this can be provided for an additional hourly rate. For all overnight bookings, a minimum 30 minute walk for dogs is included (and unlimited cuddles!)

All overnight bookings include one dog and up to 2 other pets. For each additional dog, please add £5 to the overnight rate shown.
