I love dogs and cats. Becoming a pet sitter felt like a natural and meaningful way to combine my love for animals with helping other people feel reassured when they are away from home. I understand that pets are not “just animals”, they are family members, and they deserve to be treated with patience, kindness and genuine care. My main motivation is to provide a safe and loving environment where they can feel comfortable and happy.

I have previous experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes and temperaments, as well as cats. These experience has taught me how to adapt my care to each pet’s personality, routine and special needs. I am comfortable with feeding routines, administering basic medications, providing daily walks, playtime, and offering plenty of affection and reassurance. 

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. During walks, I use leads, avoid overcrowded or stressful areas, and choose pet-friendly routes to make sure the walk is enjoyable and safe. I also closely observe the dog’s body language and energy levels so I can adjust the pace, provide water breaks, and ensure they never feel overwhelmed. I never allow off-lead time unless it has been clearly discussed and approved in advance. During home visits and pet sitting, I follow the pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel relaxed and settled. I make sure food and water bowls are kept clean, litter trays and living areas are hygienic, and I always double-check doors, gates and windows to prevent any accidents or escapes. I also keep a careful eye on changes in behaviour, appetite or mood and will contact you immediately if anything seems unusual. You can feel confident knowing your pet will be gently supervised, cared for with patience, and treated like family while you are away.
