Experienced in caring for animals with a wide range of conditions and specific needs, such as nervous dogs, partially blind or senior dogs that require oral or eye medication, active younger dogs and kittens that need lots of playtime. Prior to using Rover, I have also grown up with both cats and dogs, and been trusted by friends and neighbours to look after their pets.

For each booking, we offer a free meet and greet for your peace of mind to assess compatibility with your pet first and discuss their needs and routines.

Services offered include house sits, walks and drops ins (cats and dog) and boarding (cats only). During house sits, we can also look after any other pets you might own such as chickens or fish, as well as indoor and/or outdoor plants.

My partner Ben who also loves animals is able to help in managing and looking after your pets too, particularly if you have multiple or large ones, or a pet that requires constant company.

Under our care, we will play with, walk and feed your pet, ensuring all their needs are met and that they’re happy and comfortable.

I can work remotely and have a flexible schedule so your pet will always have company and the attention they need under my care, particularly if they can't be left on their own for very long periods of time. As my partner can help out, we are also able to coordinate availability between us.

In your home, we will try to follow the same routines you have set in place where possible: their feeding times, medications they take if any, walks as well as anything else specific about them to ensure we give them the best care. We will also treat your home with utmost respect and maintain cleanliness during our stay.

For boarding in our home (available for cats), we have a spacious, smoke-free 3-bed house with cosy spaces for them to lounge in. There are no areas that are off limits, so they have freedom to roam everywhere in the house or sleep on our bed if this is what they're used to. We can also keep them within certain rooms if this is your preference. We currently have no pets of our own or children in the home so it’s not an issue if your pet doesn’t get along with either. You are also more than welcome to visit our home for a meet and greet to prior to booking so you can see the conditions your pet(s) will be staying in.

On a typical day, we will keep to their daily routine as much as possible. Let us know your pet’s favourite toys and games and we will make sure they don’t miss these while you’re away! Same for cats, if they need lots of cuddles, play time and attention, they will undoubtedly get plenty. During the whole sit, we will provide photos and videos to let you know how everything is going.

If your pet has any specific requirements or a routine (feeding times, medication, walks) you’d like me to maintain, I’ll make sure to accommodate for this. If they have intricate needs, please provide this with transparency so we are able to properly anticipate this. It would also be useful to know their vet details and any other key information relevant to their health and safety.
