Hello, I am Shirley and I have always been lucky enough to have animals in my life. From a very young age there have been more animals in the house than people, we even had a bath tub full of rescued ducklings once! Our pets growing up varied from: rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, budgies, cockatiels, cats and dogs. 

Since childhood I have always viewed our pets as part of our family. As an adult, my husband and I have always had Boxer dogs and have raised our daughters to respect and be responsible animal lovers too. I believe pets add an extra layer of life, love and of course laughter to any home. We now have a rescued English Bulldog named Bobby who is such a character and fills our days with joy!

Being a pet owner myself, I understand the worries and anxieties that can be associated with leaving your pet when you are away which is why I can assure you that your beloved pet(s) will be well cared for by myself in your absence. I will always send you photos/videos and detailed updates after each visit to help ease those pet parent worries. I am happy to do up to two visits per day which can include: changing of litter trays, changing water, feeding, dog walking and of course giving them lots of attention and affection (if they like this). I have looked after many house cats in the past so I am conscious to be cautious when opening/closing doors when entering and leaving.
