About Susie
Hi my name is Susie & I may have only just started with pawshake, but I have over 30 years experience of looking after many different types of pets such as cats & Dogs, rabbits & various rodents, both my own & other peoples. I am used to a variety of different dog breeds, large, small & extra large breeds. As I am new to pawshake I don't have any reviews yet. I can however provide testimonials from people whose pets I regularly look after. Please feel free to ask. My last 2 dogs were a couple of rescue great danes, who came with many issues which, with time & patience we were able to overcome. Sadly I lost one then then the other few years ago. I look after many dogs at my house which is very large & spacious with plenty of room for your pet to feel comfortable & chill wherever they please. I have spare doggybeds dotted all over the house so if your pet feels he/she needs a quiet place it's there for them. I dont mind where your pet goes in my house. I do have crates if that's what your pet is used to & if needed. I have a very large garden, which is great for those all important zoomies & which is fully secured by 6ft fence & walls with a secure gate. I will adhere to any instructions you give me for the duration of your pets stay at my home. I have parks and open Spaces within walking distance of my house. I Iove going on long walks with dogs so whilst in my care your furbaby will get the best walks. I have an old settee which I don't mind dogs going on, it's a great place to chill & get lots of kisses & cuddles. I am at the moment doing a diploma in animal behaviour which helps me better understand the pets that I look after. I don't mind answering any questions you may have for me prior to your pets stay with me & will always keep you updated on your pets day. You will always have peace of mind whilst you are away from your pet & you will return to happy & content pet that will hopefully want to return.

We have just left our cavachon Bo with Susie for a week and we couldn’t be happier. We have only left her with family before so we were not sure what to expect, but as soon as myself and Bo met Susie any concerns we may have had were instantly gone! Susie immediately put us at ease and is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely caring towards the pets in her care.
Whilst we were away we had daily updates and photos and we could see that Bo was being well cared for.
We will definitely be asking Susie to have Bo again in the future.

Really pleased with Susie, will definitely use her again. First time leaving our 13 month old Standard Poodle, Gwen, for 5 days, so were a bit nervous, but really shouldn't have been. From initial contact, to meet and greet a few weeks before, drop off, multiple messages with updates and photos while we were away, to picking Gwen up, everything was perfect. It's quite obvious Susie truly loves and cares for the dogs she looks after, and it would appear Gwen had a holiday as well as us!
