We got our Cavachon, Jazz, during lockdown, and he’s honestly been the most wonderful addition to our family — like a little gift wrapped in fur! He’s gentle, relaxed, and full of love, and I genuinely can’t imagine life without him now. Since I work from home, we’ve fallen into a lovely daily routine together: cuddles, playtime, and plenty of long walks (I clock over 20,000 steps a day!). We head out for a good hour in the morning, again at lunch, and once more in the evening — it’s a special time, and we both love it.

I have two teenage daughters who are off at school all day, so as a 51-year-old woman who loves staying active, I suddenly have loads of time on my hands! I live in Northfields, Ealing — it’s a lovely, quiet little suburb where people still smile and say hello, and there's a real sense of community. One of the absolute joys of living here is being surrounded by so many gorgeous parks. We’re totally spoiled for choice with five beautiful green spaces right on our doorstep: Gunnersbury Park, Boston Manor Park, Blondin Park, Walpole Park, and Lammas Park. It’s like having a new little escape every day. With all this free time (and all these green spaces!), I’ve started doing a bit of dog sitting, and I absolutely love it. It’s such a joy taking dogs out for long walks — they keep me moving, keep me company, and honestly, they’re just the best little motivators to get out and enjoy the fresh air, even in the rain!

Jazz is a calm soul, but he absolutely lights up when he’s around other friendly dogs. It’s a joy to see, and I’ve discovered just how much love I have for dogs in general — I fuss over nearly every one we pass on our walks! I’d really love to offer Jazz some doggy company and open our home to a few four-legged guests. Whether your dog needs dropping off as early as 7:30am or a pick-up from nearby, I’m flexible and happy to help. It would be a genuine pleasure to care for your dog as part of our happy, tail-wagging household. 

I know how much I miss Jazz when I'm away from him so can assure you, whilst your pet is in my care, they will get the same love and attention that they do at home.
